"Another meddler I see..." Sion said as she dissected a Monokuma with Etherlite, "I doubt she's the one causing the distortions here but it seems like others took notice." Celes sat down on a broken Monokuma. "You reckon those what are they called..." She twirled her hair coming up with words. "Sword boys would be involved too?" Celes asked knowing about the time travelling Touken Danshi like Midare in the past.

"Condescending villains, the multiverse just can't seem to get enough of them," Nicole says, shaking her head. Crossing her arms and looking up at Cassidy, she asks, "What do you want from us?"

Genji stoically stands his ground, waiting to make another move, whether it's on Cassidy or on whatever new threat approaches.

"So she's the one behind these rips in time?" Kaede asks, glaring angerly at Cassidy.

Sayaka gets out her swords, eager to end this now. Her blades glow a vibrant blue, ready to strike. "How did you even get these Monokumas to obey you?" She asks.

"So your the one behind all this, I presume?" Silver asked Cassidy. "When will people like you learn, that time-travel doesn't solve anything!" he added. Omega was more than willing to just shoot her, but unfortunately he and Chi got caught up dealing with more Monokumas.

Cassidy smiled deviously. "Let's just say a generous backer took a liking to us and decided to lend us a hand!~ ...unfortunately it seems quality control was never a huge factor, because GODDAMN THESE BEARS ARE STUPID AS ALL GET OUT!" Her face flashed from smug confidence, to irritation, to anger, and back to smug confidence.

"Oh, we're going back to those insults, are we," Jessica asked, her eyes narrow and annoyed. "Fine, sure, whatever. Less embarrasing than that fake accent," she added with a rare smile.

Cassidy glared at Jessica, then continued. "But then YOU GUYS had to show up. Can't have that, I'm afraid," she shrugged with a sly grin.

"Listen here, you flying saucer leotard time traveller, you," Ibuki spoke up, trying to sound official as she pointed to Cassidy. "Ibuki here is part of the Future Foundation, and she's gonna lock you up and find out just where you got all these Monokumas from, you hear?!"

"Oooh, big words from a dead girl," Cassidy sneered as a green laser bolt fired from the bottom of the ship.

Nagito simply jumped in front of the laser bolt, deflecting it with his dark blade. "Huh, look at that, she isn't a dead girl, there's a contradiction". As he said this, he looked directly at Cassidy. "Now then, are you going to tell us who's operating out of Towa City, or are we going to have to defeat you, humiliate you in the name of hope, and leave you crying in a jail cell about how your plan was foiled?" Nagito asked with a hint of snark.

With this, Yuta simply whispered to Hina, Voidica and the other Skylanders. "Are you sure he's the Ultimate Lucky Student? Seems like like the Ultimate Bullshit with his lucky streak. How does anyone predict and deflect a laser blast like that?!".

On instinct Ray summoned a shield to try and protect Ibuki... of course whether it holds or not is another matter entirely since Nagito step in like a boss and deflected it.

"Your cheap bears are going down and so are you lady!" Mog yelled pointing at Cassidy... only to be swiftly scooped up by Sarge.

"Wait? What are you doing?" Mog asked confused.

"Saving your ass before she fires on you!" Sarge bluntly told her.

Kaede pushes Ibuki out of the way and spawns a forcefield, preparing for another bolt to come her way "Don't you dare!" Kaede yells, shooting electricity at Cassidy.

"She's earned herself a nice spot in Cloudcracker Prison, that's for sure." Sonic sets his sword to Fire Mode, ready to fight.

"It seems I miscalculated" Sion sighed, "we have to deal with one troublesome person after another." Sion dashed at Cassidy with a closed fist ready. Yusei turned his attention to Cassidy and preformed a Synchro Summon. "Appear! Junk Warrior!" A larger purple machine-like warrior that looks like a fighter pilot combined appeared behind Yusei. "So do we have to this the hard way or will be willing to part with information?" Yusei asked.

Pup and George leapt back as they saw the laser fire from the space ship. As soon as they gathered their bearings, the galactic duo grew serious

"Bringing a space laser to a gunfight?" Pup frowned, "Cheap move, lady!"

Pup held out his swiss army knife, switching on a new tool... a large lightsaber!

"Looks like you're gonna have to answer to us now!"

"...You really did have a lightsaber in there..." George said as his arms turned into laser canons, "But he's right! We're not sitting around while you try to kill our friends!"

"It's a word you really shouldn't use, sweetie. Nor should anyone really use it, or any other words like it, around you... got that?" she asked Yuta.

She ducked back inside, and with a flash of light, a machine surrounded by four cannons appeared on the bottom of the spaceship, almost like what Eggman or Wily would use. "Uhhh, right. Sorry about that!" Yuta said, as he pulled an awkward smile and tried to ignore the fact that Lumina quite possibly wanted him to be struck by one of Cassidy's shots now. 

"Yuta, Mom would rip you apart like cheap toilet paper if she heard you using that language, cut it out!" Hina said, adding onto Lumina's scolding.

Ray begins putting up more shields in preparation for the oncoming laser attack while Sarge drops Mog and puts up his own defense before opening fire on the machine. Mog throws some bubble bobbles as hard as she can to try and trip the machine up.

"Give it everything you got you two!" Sarge bellows as Ray holds steady and Mog goes all out.

Please hold, please hold! Ray prays to himself hoping the shields will last a bit longer.

Kaede, prepared for this keeps her forcefield as wide as open, covering as much Skylanders as she could so they could freely fire at tha machine. Sonic and Sayaka being two who are covered.

Sayaka spawns several swords on the ground. She picks them up and rapidly throws them at the cannons, hoping to slice off something.

"Ack! Cheap! Cheap! Cheap!" Pup yelled as he dodged and deflected the laser blasts with his 'Swiss army saber, directing them at the laser "Let's try to take these laser thingies out George! Let's make this a fair fight!"

"You got it, captain!" George nodded as focused his aim towards the ship, "Teach this villain a thing or two in sportsmanship!"

Jessica ducked out of the way of the plasma volleys and turned her Mystiscope on. Scanning the flying machine, she received the following readout:

ARMOURY ARMOUR

A machine designed for use with standard Attack Capsules, with strong armour and four weapons - a rapid-fire plasma cannon, a high-degree flamethrower, a shell turret, and a chemical spray. Though the armour is strong against attack, the cannons are more vulnerable, and damaging them could weaken the inner mechanisms of the craft. In addition, the chemical spray is very volatile; damage to it when in use could prove highly effective - and lethal if caution is not exercised.

Jessica looked at the cannons; they all seemed identical. Still, she shouted to the others while firing a Null Blast at the plasma cannon. "Guys, aim for the guns! That's our best shot!"

"I'm doing it as we speak!" Sayaka says to Jessica, still not depleted of her sword supply.

Kaede summons her Persona card, ready to do some real damage. "Persona!" She calls out, releasing Apollo.

 

The red and white Persona immediately turns to the cannons as one begins to shoot the aforementioned chemical spray. Kaede picks this up and orders Apollo to shoot fire from its hands, hoping the spray is flammable.

"Got it!" Sarge acknowledged Jessica's order and began firing on the guns, he then turned a small knob on the Lancer which then began to change it's colour along with it's ammo type. The Lancer was now firing plasma energy!

"How did you do that?!" Ray gasped.

"I told you when we were stranded in that mushroom kingdom, I got some upgrades from a guy called Slim." He told Ray. "Mog, aim your bubbles at the gun not the roof!" Sarge then ordered.

"O.K.!" Mog cheered getting distracted...

After ducking in cover from the plasma volleys Sion pulled out her handgun. "Its not my specialty so I'm not sure if this will do anything." She open fired on the cannons after hearing Jessica's advice. Junk Warrior took hits for Yusei and seems damaged. "Hang in there" Yusei told it and it seemed to nodded in agreement. He then gave it an order, "Junk Warrior! Attack the cannons!" Junk Warrior took the skies and blast off towards the cannons with a fist forward.

Celes remained ducking under cover. "Dammit! I can't do a damn thing against this thing!"

"It's always got to be the most annoying awkward option..." Nagito said, as he jumped into cover to tried planning out what he was going to do next. As he did this, Hina began trying to form water shields to form some kind of barrier until a better option could be figured out. "Yuta, get behind cover, and if anyone tries to attack you, shout. I'll keep you protected". Hina said, trying to reassure her brother.

"GAGH!" Cassidy gulped from within the craft, as she flew out of the way of Apollo's flames, spraying the chemical down below for good measure, covering a large portion of grass in it. Ibuki pulled Voidica out of the way, and held her up towards Cassidy as she ran.

Voidica took the opportunity to fire a large beam of Void magic straight at the plasma gun. As it struck, laser beams from Lumina and attacks from the other Skylanders blew it up and sent a chain of explosions off across the craft... all the same, it continued attacking, now turning the flamethrower to them, setting the chemical alight and starting a huge fire, sending noxious fumes out as the chemical burned.

Jessica had to do something about this. "Sonic! Water magic, please!"

"On it!" yelled Silver, using his powers to collect the plasma shots into a large orb. He then launched the orb towards Cassidy's ship with full force. Omega looked at the cannons, and began to mock them. "YOU CALL THAT A WEAPON? THESE ARE REAL WEAPONS!" he remarked, blasting at the cannons with everything at his disposal!

"Mog! Look out!" Sarge bellowed! Bits of shrapnel from the explosion hit Mog in the left leg just as she was turning around!

"YEEEOWWWW!" Mog cries, comically hopping on one leg, a big piece of metal sticks out of from the side of the leg she's holding.

"I'm so sorry I thought my shields were up!" Ray cries.

"Nevermind, it's O.K. Sarge tells the squirrel as he picks up Mog. He yanks the metal out of Mog's leg breathing a sigh of relief that the wound isn't that deep but now they've got a fire to contend with!

"One touch o' water, coming up!" Sonic announces as his sword begins to glow blue.

He runs to Jessica's aid, holding the sword up to her. "Quickly, we can't take much more of us being under heavy fire!"

"Ray, stay with Mog. I'm helping the others finish this mess." Sarge rushes in to assist as Ray hops off his shoulders and helps Mog on the ground.

"*sniff* It really hurts!" Mog wipes her eyes looking at the gash on her left leg. Ray pulls some bandages from his Hammer Space and patches Mog up. "It's O.K. at least you're still here with everyone." Ray smiles.

"I'm double making sure that mean lady goes down!" Mog says with determination!

Sarge meanwhile continues fire on the machine trying to disable the flamethrower!
