As the Blues get sliced up by Oogie's Keyblades, they point out,

"Well, we tried-Oof!... re-rolling the dice that brought hammers"

"and all- Ouch!... we got were these nasty Keyblades!" 

"So re-rolls probably aren't the greatest idea.... Yeouch!"

[Tori Himemiya]

"I find it amusing this sad sack is trying to beat me at my own game" Celes noted the gambling motifs as she dodged traps.

Ragna grabbed one of the blocks and attempt to stop it from moving. "Dammit! This shit is too heavy" Ragna then managed to swat it in a different direction with one of his claws of seither.

[Failinhearts]

Kaede manages to spawn a forcefield to protect herself from the Keyblades. "I hope this smoke ball works!"

Neptune is heard coughing. "Yeah! Because this is really gonna take a toll on my lungs!"

"Wrong type of smoke, Nep." Sayaka says, blocking Keyblades with her own swords.

Oogie caughted throughout the smoke bombs, dropping one of his dice, and causing him to bang into a wall.

"ALRIGHT JACK, SKYLANDERS, IT'S TIME FOR OUR LITTLE GAMBLING GAME TO END!" 

"BECAUSE IT'S THE OOGIE BOOGIE MAN'S TIME TO SHINE" 

Suddenly, Oogie got in front of the cage, and opened one cage. An ultimate gambler's gambit. He began singing as he dropped more and more dice into the roulette. 

 

[Failinhearts]

"Homura! The dice! Get them!" Kaede yells.

Homura gives a simple nod and presses a button on her shield.

NEXO POWER: MAGNETIZE

Suddenly, the dice begins flying over to Homura's shield as they stick on it. "Everyone, grab a dice and roll them! Let's turn the tides on him!"

[Spin Attaxx]

Jessica's eyes widened at the rain of dice. "So, er, that can't be good."

"What do we do, you guys?!" Ivorn panicked.

"I dunno, destroy 'em?! They can't land on anything if there's nothing to land on!"

At that moment, Homura's magnetism activated.

"Wait, scratch that," Jessica retracted, "that other plan sounds pretty good!"

[Tori Himemiya]

"He hasn't even came up with new tactics? What a bore" Celes said as she dodged the dice.

Ragna then activates Blood-Scythe into scythe mode.

"Oogie Boogie! You made enemies with the wrong Grim Reaper!" Ragna sliced through a dice, carving it into 2.

[Dee Dude]

Rocku, Graff, and Big grabbed their dice and started to roll.

"It's no wonder I don't like casinos..." Rocku said.

"Gee, not even Casino Park and Bingo Highway were this crazy." Big mentioned.

[Failinhearts]

"So we have dice? What do we do? Roll them? What if there's an outcome not in our favor?" Sayaka asks.

Neptune looks at the dice as her eyes widen. "Lightbulb!"

She simply opens out her hand and gently places the dice on her palm, a favorable outcome facing up. "Tada! Sometimes the simplest solution is the best!"

[Emperor Robrainiac]

"Oh no..." Hiss groaned as she dodged sawblades, "Hiss don't like saws! Hiss hate losing limbs to them!"

"Just watch your step Hiss!" Katii said as she chopped the arm off of a gun firing slot machine, "Compared to the traps back in my world, this is nothing!"

"GAH! DON'T LOOK NOW!" Papyrus cried out, pointing at the falling dice, "BUT I THINK THIS PUZZLE ROOM IS TRYING TO BEAT US!"

"Dice of death. Ooookay..." Katii said, "I take that back. Compared to the traps in my world, I'd say it's about even."

Hiss turned around to see Homura grabbing the dice, and ordering everyone to grab them

"Grumpy girl have good idea!" Hiss called out, "Lets grab them!"

Katii nodded and snatched one. Quickly blowing on them, she begins to shake them up with her hand.

 "Reminds me of my gambling days!" Katii smirked "Time to place your bets."

[Cheawn]

The Blues and Kirby each pull a die from Homura's shield and roll them around in their hands/beaks. Kirby says,

"We'd better get lucky on this roll or we'll be the ones in real trouble! Come on, dice, please give us some kind of power-up and not another trap!"

The Blues gloat once more, 

"Alright, so round two it is! Let's see whose luck comes out on top!"

"I warn you Oogie, we celebrate Saint Patrick's Day!"

"That's the Go Green, Get Lucky day, so we'll surely be luckier than you!"

All four of them roll their dice onto the table. The dice tumble around before coming to a stop with one side facing up.

[Spin Attaxx]

"Guys, I should probably tell you; I'm really bad at rolling dice," Jessica spoke up.

"Oh for the sake of a Star Dragon, just toss 'em!" Lumina shouted, throwing up as many dice as she could.

"OK, but if my rolls end up backfiring on us, I told you so." She then rolled her dice, all landing on low numbers.

Ivorn made use of his new claws (or at least, the one pair of them) as he picked and flicked dice. Lily and Shade, meanwhile, used their Elemental magic to toss many more dice.

"Witness the skill of the KING OF EVIL, you stupid sack of garbage!" Shade cackled wickedly.

Ray has no idea what to make of all this, from dodging scythes to keyblades, now he's gotta grab a dice? He manages to wobble his way to Homura's shield and grab a couple. Shaking the dice in his hand he nervously hopes that they'll help get the skylanders out of here.

He throws the dice! What did he get?

[Failinhearts]

"Nep, that dice is doing nothing. You gotta roll it." Sonic says, rolling his own dice.

"Aw, poo! Its never that easy!" Neptune begins rolling herself alongside Kaede, Homura and Sayaka.

[Spin Attaxx]

An idea went off in Shade's own head. "Minion! Make metal weights for these dice!"

"But that would be cheating," Ivorn said.

"'That would be chea-'?" Shade stammered in disbelief. "HE'S EVIL! I'M EVIL! ALL EVIL FOLK CHEAT!"

"But Ivorn's not evil," Lily said. "None of us are... not even you."

"...I dare you to say that again." His voice went unusually cold.

"Guys, focus!" Jessica broke up the fight, throwing more dice to low effect.

[Tori Himemiya]

Ragna then realized his mistake of destroying a die before grabbing another one. "Alright. I'll roll this stupid thing!"

"Carmen! Grab one of those die!" Celes summoned Carmen and Carmen grabbed the die for Celes. "Let's roll some bones!" Carmen then lets go of the die, causing it to roll.

"Nick! You know quite a lot about gambling in and out of court! Let's show him our lucky days are still on us!", Maya said as she grabbed a pair of dice and threw it to roll!

"Well, I'm feeling lucky...and there's plenty left in my life I've got to do! So I've got nothing to lose!", Phoenix said with determination as he threw dice into the rolling bout of fate!

He yelled for a good extra measure of luck!

"Well, you know what they say! Three times the charm! Let's see if that goes for us, or Oogie!", Sora declared as he rolled his dice into the fray too!

"Guys is seven a good number or a bad number?" Ray yelled out to the others. Gazing at the two dice the first one he rolled was a one and the second one he rolled was a six? Or was it a four? It was a bit hard to tell since Ray was very tired from dodging and leaping about on a empty stomach.

"Well if Final Fantasy 7 is anything to go by, I guess it is!", Maya piped up.

"M-maya, that's not how professional gambling goes!", Phoenix said exasperated.

"Young lady, in the mortal realm or the afterlife after this is over, we're going to have a talk about the finer things of life!"

Some of the rolls had both good and negative effects. For one, the cage dropped, and the roulette pieces changed, moving up and into position to look like steps. However, one of the dice caused the keyblades to start attacking quicker, meaning that Roxas was now beginning to be crushed by the one he was blocking to buy time for the Skylanders.

"W-What is this!?" Oogie said, seeing the cage disappear. 

[Failinhearts]

"Roxas!" Sonic begins shaking his hand to throw another dice in an attempt to free Roxas from his predicament. "If only Makoto... hell, even Nagito showed up..."

[Tori Himemiya]

"Don't worry" Celes said to Sonic, "I'm all you'll ever need" Celes rolled more dice for Roxas' sake.

"Come on guys! Don't give up!"

[Cheawn]

The Blues start hopping up the steps impatiently, to finally get at Oogie Boogie.

"We've got you now!"

"Your luck just ran out!"

"And you're all outta re-rolls!"

Kirby shouts to the Blues while pointing to Roxas,

"Guys. Roxas is in trouble! Shouldn't you go help him?"

While Kirby attempts to pull the Keyblade away from Roxas with his Inhale, The Blues come back down and roll one die each, trying to slow the Keyblade down again.

"Sorry Roxas...."

"We got a little impatient there...."

"But we won't let you down now!"

[MightyRay]

Ray grabs another die, he rolls it only to get another one. He keeps doing this several times over and over each with the same result. "Come on! Roxas can't block the key of doom forever, please just give me one more number that isn't a one."

He does it again... this time he gets a two.

Ray's face makes an expression that looks vaguely similar to something Sarge would pull.

"I dunno about Nagito", Phoenix said as he and his team continued to roll their dice.

"What Nick said! I mean, if you ask me, he's more like a bootleg of Makoto! And heck who's to say he wouldn't purposefully try to roll horribly just for the sake of Roxas dying to "raise our hope" for vengeance or......"

"Good grief! Just thinking about what that guy would do is enough to make my head spin and rely on my gambling skills!", Phoenix said.

"YEAH! Besides, you guys heard Celes! @Princess Jellicent We've already got the Ultimate Gambler here along with Nick who's yet to legitimately lose a gambling game!", Maya said as she rolled her dice again too.

"Well when you put it like that, we do certainly have determination on our sides as well!", Frisk chimed in. "Don't lose hope Roxas! We'll win this...hopefully".
