Cream the Rabbit is a sweet, naive, and courageous young girl from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. Cream was raised with a polite and kind nature, but she is also ready to take action and help people in need. From the time they first met, Cream surprised Sonic multiple times with her polite, yet strong personality. Together, she and her pet Chao, Cheese, are an unstoppable duo.

Sonic Advance 2 (2002): Cream debuted as a playable character alongside Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and the unlockable Amy. She acts as the easy mode of sorts, flying quickly and using Cheese to hit enemies and bosses for her.
Sonic Battle (2003):
Sonic Heroes (2003): Part of Team Rose alongside Amy and Big, Cream serves as the team's flying character, carrying the other characters in the air and flying with her ears.
Sonic Advance 3 (2004)
Shadow the Hedgehog (2005): One of the NPCs, she's found in Cryptic Castle and asks Shadow to help find Cheese.
Sonic Rush (2005): Blaze encounters her in Sonic's dimension, and befriends her. She cheers for the player on the bottom screen. In the game's sequel, Sonic Rush Adventure, both screens are used for gameplay and Marine takes her place as a supporting character.

- Cream and Cheese’s names are a pun on the topping, Cream Cheese, and Cream and her mom, Vanilla’s name is a pun on Vanilla Cream.
- Cream was made as a counterpart to Tails and Sidekick to Amy Rose.
- Cream was in a McDonalds Sonic Heroes ad.
- According to the IDW comics, Cream is strong enough to lift her own Mother, despite being 6 years old. Also, in Sonic Heroes, Cream is also able to lift Big the Cat, who weighs 616 pounds, and Amy Rose altogether! Don’t be fooled by her cute appearance!
- Cream was originally designed to have conjoined eyes, like Sonic.
