The Bosses Topic of BBBE'ness

Except he hasn't been changed at all. He was fast in the Rivals games, and he was fast in the CGi cutscenes in 2006. You only believe Silver should be slow because that's how he controlled when you played as him in 2006. That's not what SEGA thinks of when they think of the character now.

Rivals? Canon? Ok. Sure, I've heard worse.

On the other hand, his current mobility is justified in the sense that he isn't running, he's using his psychic whatsit and doesn't appear to have a boost(I hope). Looks neat I suppose, Crisis City rehash for an arena is ok I guess...

I don't mind it being a chase boss, afterall like Auto said, he's technically not running, he's flying with psychic powers.

I mean remember the opening cutscene with Silver and Blaze? He had no problem going extremely fast through the air

so I don't see any issue with it here.

Anyway after seeing those screenshots I can safely say that we're getting a proper boss battle with Silver this time

and i'm quite excited for it.

I wasn't exactly referring to the story itself, mostly the fact that everyone and their grandma was Sonic fast in that game. I don't really take any aspect of it, gameplay or story with any stock.

And we are definitely agreed on the second part.

The only diffrence bewteen Silver's battle compared to MS and Shadow's battles is that Sonic will have to dodge all the stuff Silver throws at him.

And depending on what stage he's in (Crisis City or Kindom Valley) Sonic will have to be more careful, cuz one hit might leave him ending up in a death pit.

I'm disappointed it's in Crisis City. Seriously, Sonic never even saw Silver in the future. In fact, Silver travelled back in time to find Sonic even! So yeah, not happy about that.

Really, based upon the recent reveal for Silver, I'm a tad bit more confident that both Sonics will be able to fight each boss/rival since the demo originally hinted Classic would fight Silver.

If such isn't the case however, I'd still prefer it if Modern fought the Dragoon. Time will tell though.

Honestly I don't find the giant ball of scrap too impressive. He caught a larger version of that made of molten lava during the end of '06. Now that was g.

That makes sense so Crisis City is after Iblis is defeated and Silver is fighting us cause eh Time Eater messed with him? I don't know Shadow is probably fighting us cause he's the SA2 Shadow.

Ah screw it i don't want explanation. He's a Boss fight. Boss fights are for the players to experience bigger difficulties to progress in the game.
