Pros:

• There are 15 supposed IPs coming at launch
• The hardware is nice if not okay.
• Good controller

Cons

• Paywall for used video games
• No Backwards compatibility with Xbox 360 games
• The Paywall fee is the same price as the game
• Needs to be online at least once a day so SOL if you don't have internet
• Kinect is necessary
• The thing is fucking huge
• Focuses on redundant functions such as television
• Has Kinect that scans your identification(fucking creepy)
• No indie games
• The hardware may be faulty
• Controller needs AA batteries
• Games seem to be the secondary function for this video game console

Just on this, I doubt they're going to ban people for not connecting. What happens, for example, when you go away for a week?

It's way more likely the console just throws a fit and refuses to play games until you next connect.
