[Roleplay] SSMB Heroes Academy: Protect The Multiverse!

"I've had just about enough of this!" Amy shouts, irritated. "I WANT OFF THIS RIDE!"

Nicole just sighs. "I find it's easier to just let it happen at this rate."

[Ryannumber1gamer]

"N-Not the point Tails!" Roxas shouted, shooting him a death glare.

"Can you just keep your mind on the fact they're trying to kill us?!" Raven similarly shouted.

Mecha Knuckles simply did a similar chuckle as the other Knuckle copies as the Skylanders were sucked down through the whirlpool. They found themselves going through several water tunnels at extremely high speeds before they were shot out of a pipe and found themselves at the top of a snowy mountain. 

As the Skylanders look over the horizon, they can see various parts of the island. A lot of them looked destroyed. One piece looked like a casino that had been burnt to the ground using giant barrels as the basis. Another looks like a destroyed air fortress, another looked like an volcanic mountain that had been closed off due to Knuckles' attacks, and in the distance was the ruins of an echidna city.

"This isn't good. We relocated mobians to Sky Sanctuary to keep them safe during attacks on the city. If Knuckles is trying to get to the hidden palace...he would've went through the Mobians to do so". Espio noted.

[Spin Attaxx]

"H-H-H-H-How did you even get them up there t-t-t-to begin with?!" Jessica shivered, slowly using Fire magic to heat herself up and dry her wet clothes.

"Planes?" Ivorn replied. It was a simple answer, but one that shut her up.

"OK minion, and how are we going to get up there?" Shade asked.

"...Item-2?" he said, turning to Rock.

[Agie]

Amitie, Sig and Lupin are wet and cold. And to make matters worse, what Espio said is very unsettling.

"W-w-w-w-e-l-l w-e g-g-gotta s-s-ave-e th-the-them-m-m-m!" said Amitie, clearly freezing.

Sig barely seems to feel anything, but his nose is a little runny.

Lupin tries making a fire, but it's easier said than done, due to wetness and coldness.

[Failinhearts]

"Lead the way, Espio. If there's innocents, we have to check on them!" Sonic says, scouting the surrounding area.

[Ryannumber1gamer]

"I'm detecting some kind of strange energy pattern at the bottom of the mountain...it's unpredictable and gets changing..." Rock said.

"That sounds like a warp ring! If we use that, we could go directly to Sky Sanctuary!...but we must be quick. The ring's location changes frequently. If we aren't quick, we won't make it in time". Espio warned.

[Spin Attaxx]

Jessica ran off down the mountain instantly, using her Mystiscope to keep track of the ring's location. With not much better to do, the others ran off after her.

"Hmph," Rouge said, "if only I were good at chasing these things down regularly; then I'd be able to get myself those jewels without having to steal them!"

[Failinhearts]

"That's where we're going, then! Rock! Nail it's current location and let's get there as fast as we can!" Tails says, tapping Rock on the shoulder.

[Agie]

"Let's go, then!" said Amitie. "If it'll help us save those poor innocent Mobians, we'll get to the ring in no time!" She clearly had fire in her eyes.

"But we gotta find it first!" said Lupin. "But I'm with ya, kiddo!"

"...what's a Mobian?" asked Sig, spaced out as always. "Well, they sound friendly enough."

Rock nodded. "Got it! Let's g-" 

Suddenly, another robot appeared at the top of the mountain.

"Look at that, two fakes of the greatest inventor ever! Let's see how you like the consequences of backstabbing Robotnik!" The Metal Tails shouted as it began swirling it's tails towards the mountain at extreme speeds, causing an avalanche.

"...Everyone. Item 2. NOW" Rock shouted, as he spawned several of them and threw them to the Skylanders, allowing them to snowboard down the mountain while avoiding spikes and Sniper Joe shots.  

[Failinhearts]

"Way ahead of you!" Sonic says, riding the Item-2, with Tails riding on the same board, facing behind him. He grabs a laser gun and proceeds to shoot any threats in the sky as Sonic steers, especially Metal Tails.

"UGH! Hey! Back off!", Tails said jumping up and flying to slice through his own copy with his twin tails!

Several Item-2 boards flew towards Jessica and the others, who - noticing the oncoming avalanche - happily grabbed ahold of them and used them as snowboards.

"Bacon Kitty Hawaiian Nightmare!" Star shouted, firing a blast of magic at Metal Tails, not only damaging it but also making it smell like fresh pineapple. The Elementals, meanwhile, focused on the threats ahead. Ivorn and Jessica created large Metal Crushers and sent them rolling down the mountain, where they picked up snow and crushed spikes and Sniper Joes.

"Pathetic" Metal Tails plainly said as he grabbed his organic counterpart with his metal claws and threw him down the mountain, causing him to roll up into a massive snowball.

"You'll never escape me!" Metal Tails shouted, as a laser gun popped out of his head, aiming at the Skylanders.

[Failinhearts]

"Laser vs laser? Now we're talkin'!" Tails gets out dual pistols as he rapidly shoots at Metal Tails.

Homura and Madoka follow up on their own Item 2, with Madoka steering and Homura shooting as she gets out a bazooka and fires at Metal Tails as well.

[Agie]

Amitie immediately uses Blast Beat on Metal Tails. "Leave him alone, you mean little robot!" she yelled.

Lupin tries shooting the robot, and Sig uses spells on the machine.

"I'd listen to the girl if I were you, buddy!" said Lupin.

[Spin Attaxx]

Jessica shot several Fire Bolts at the growing Tails snowball, trying to make sure she didn't hit the orange furry centre by accident. Lumina, meanwhile, fired several fast-moving lasers at Metal Tails, as well as creating holograms of herself and the others to confuse the robot.

Hopefully this thing doesn't have heat vision, she thought.

"Let's see how you like this!" Metal Tails shouted, as he began hitting random parts of the snow to melt them, creating lumps in the mountain to slow down the Skylanders as they snowboard down. 

"Oh come on...." Rock said, as he turned around and began shooting at Metal Tails with his mega buster.

[Failinhearts]

Tails puts away his guns as he urges Sonic to steer the Item-2 to Homura. "Yoink!" Tails digs into her shield and gets out a flamethrower. "Settings to max! Hope this works!"

Tails pulls the trigger, melting as much incoming snow as possible.

[Spin Attaxx]

"HYPER BARBECUE SPIDER BLAST!" Star spontaneously yelled as she fired several burning spiders at the lumps of snow, melting them once again. She wasn't too sure if she'd made things easier or harder for everyone, though. Jessica and the others weren't going to tell her; they were too busy landing hits on Metal Tails.

"Come on, the other flying enemies weren't THIS durable!" Ivorn shouted, flinging rotating axes and sawblades at the robot. "What's your secret? I'd like to know!"

He hopped off to spindash through the snow and pop back up with Tails!

"NGH! Thanks Sonic!"

"Thank me later! For now, think you could give a guy a lift Tails?"

"Right! On it Sonic!", Tails said carrying SOnic off in pursuit!

"Because I'm superior in every other w-" Suddenly Metal Tails was shot down, rolling into a ball and going directly to the bottom of the mountain. 

"Because the doctors wiped our brains in order to throw us all in here!" A massive skull themed robot shouted as he flew down the mountain and into the ring.

"D-Doc Robot! No wonder the other robots were so simple! They were running on simple coding while the real A.Is were moved into Doc Robot!" Rock shouted. 

[Spin Attaxx]

"OH NO, NOT THAT THING!" Lumina shouted, seeing the Doc Robot enter the ring. The amount of Game Overs this thing gave me...

"WOHOHOHOOOO!" Ivorn geeked out. "A multi-AI robot? THAT'S SO COOOOL! ...Oh, er, um, I mean, oh no, he's going to nab the Super Emeralds, what a pity..."

Shade was impressed himself. Huh. And all this time I was getting beaten up over trying to get a bunch of reject Chuck E Cheese robots, when I could've gotten one with a skull for a head and whatever programming I'd want!

[Agie]

"What does all that mean?!" asked Amitie, confused by what Rock just said. It just all went over her head...

"Basically, the bad robots' brains have been mashed together...or something." said Lupin, not entirely understanding it himself.

"My head hurts..." said Sig.

"I-I'll explain it later guys. For now...we need to catch up with Doc Robot! Who knows what they intend four metal robots clashed together into one might do!" Rock shouted. 

"Then it is fortunate that we have seemed to reach our goal". Espio said, pointing towards the giant ring that was beginning to shrink.
