You mean... I actually have to CONTROL my character...???

So that's what those damn buttons are for...I thought the game played itself right?

It's not really that surprising that people expect the games to play themselves.

Given how Unleashed and Generations worked.

......Or debatably just Unleashed?

Maybe both, probably neither, kinda sorta not both, maybe.

I'm sorry, what were we talking about?

Or neither.

You gotta admit Unleashed is incredibly automated and you could classify it as "playing itself", if you were looking to make a generalization.

Gens not so much though.

Okay then. Thanks.

But still, one last thing, why don't you think so?

Eh, it just seems too late now, with nearly a month until release. But hey, I could be wrong though.

If you let Unleashed play itself you wouldn't make it past the first section of about half the levels.

SEGA, I think we're going to need another edition of the game, The Helpful Omochao Edition.

Comes with:

- Omochao tutorial through the whole stage of every stage.

- Omochao Wisp at the start of every stage that will transform Sonic into an invincible Omochao and play and beat the stage for you.

- Talking Omochao statue that tells you how to play the game.

- Omochao art book/manual, featuring various artwork of Omochao with speech bubbles telling you how to play the game.

Silly Shadzter we are at the age where manuals are now digital and people ignore them any ways.

Well true but it often times does turn into a glorified QTE hallway.

Even if that were true, it's still not playing itself. It still requires player interaction.

Yeah, but not much...

The Boost really just does all the work for you.

The boost dispatches enemies, but it doesn't pull you out of the way of obstacles like bottomless pits. It's a drawback. The game wasn't particularly designed with it in mind as well as it should have been, but it's a drawback nonetheless.

Ha! They gave a snow ball a victory animation. Nice SEGA!

This is kind of late and random, but I just got around to watching this and was surprised to see an actual Goal Ring at the end of the level instead of a capsule.  I thought they'd be doing capsules full-time in this game, but I guess it depends on the type of level.
