Remember when Sonic Colors brought back the Motorbug, but used it in a completely different manner than before by making them racing opponents during the high-speed quickstep portions? I'd like to see more of that. Taking old enemies and using them in a new way. So if this Chop Chop gets used in a different way than it's previous incarnation, then I'm all in favour of it.

That platform was kinda dull, though.

I know this is a platform, but I find it better than the Chop Chop concept art. I also think the bottom of flip platform looks like a spring, perhaps when it flips you get sent into the air?

Looks pretty cool. Flip platform. Huh, like the sound of that. xD

The bottom of the platform looks like a bumper. So maybe the platforms are temporary in the sense you can only jump off them once; if you need to reset your positioning and so you try to land back on it, too bad, the bumper knocks you off, perhaps into the water of the level if there is one. It's like Casino Night's and Carnival Night's bumpers in that way.
