Manaphy movie was really great. It had SUPER SONIC ASH and one of the parts was really cool, it made my hair stand up. XP

Actually, I really like the dub. Yeah, it's one of the movies that 4kids gutted of its original soundtrack, but the soundtrack they replaced it with is actually pretty decent.

I mean listen to this:

Yeah the dub music can be really good sometimes in the movies! IMO, the music in the First Movie where Ash dies and all the Pokémon cry is actually really beautiful and makes me feel all emotional. ;-;

I'm watching the English dub of the originally skipped Skrelp episode, and I like the subtle way they tell the audience it's out of continuity (the narrator speaking in past-tense)

Yeah, I noticed that. I can't remember if the Japanese version mentioned it in the narration (or rather, I watched it without subtitles and my Japanese isn't good enough for me to have noticed), but I know they did flash a message up on screen explaining that the episode was originally meant to air back in April last year.

So yeah, one more week until Numelgon is Numelgone. 

 

I swear it feels like the only reason Ash got Goomy to begin with was for the gym match against Clemont. 

 

I mean, if you look at it, if he didn't have Goomy/ Sliggoo/ Goodra, literally very member of his team aside from Pikachu has a weakness to electricity. They just threw Goomy in there then evolved it in a hurry to balance his team out a bit against Clemont and then realised that having him hold onto a Lv 50+ fully evolved Goodra would make him too competent so have to quickly get rid of it.

Also, I just watched the AG episode "I feel Skitty", and holy crap how did 4Kids get this joke under the radar?
