Perhaps this is just the "Easy" version. or simplified for attendees. Hopefully the latter. Hm, I think that that will be either one of the extra missions or DLC (like Casino Night is in the game, but has to be unlocked with DLC). They've never had it as anything but extra missions before (it's different in the handheld games), and that's what the text indicates it is. Would you happen to know if that's like the equivalent to the US's ERSB E10+? There's no set in stone equivalent, but it's pretty obvious what they mean. E and 3+ means it's suitable for anyone. 7+ means it's still suitable for kids, there just might be one or two things that perhaps the younger kids won't like. This is more similar to E than anything else. E10+ and 12+ just mean it's got some things that might be unsuitable for children. I know it's something a Google search could've answered too, but eh, the damage was done haha. But yeah, with that rating it could possibly further hint to Time Eater being a MOTW. Unleashed had Dark Gaia, which could be considered scary to young kids, and a lighthearted story (I guess the Werehog too...) and had a E10+ and PEGI 7. However, Colors had a light story as well (albeit a bit lighter than Unleashed) but no MOTW with an E and a PEGI 3. That's some pretty heavy speculation, I know, but interesting nonetheless. Could be that. Dammit, Marcello. It scares me a little to see City Escape simplified like that, but I'm still hopeful that those aren't permanent changes. I'm still a bit sore from what happened with the demo version Tropical Resort boss, but that never demonstrated that it was ever supposed to be harder than what we got, whereas this... just seems like a lot of unnecessary work. I kind of like the idea of there being proper difficulty settings; I won't be unhappy if it turns out to be that. Chemical Plant looks epic, as always, which is a no-brainer. I'll concede, Seaside Hill also looks pretty epic. Yes, it doesn't look THAT much like Green Hill.. almost like Adabat meets Generations version of Green Hill, which is kinda cool, I suppose. I STILL think Frog Forest/Lost Jungle would have been a better choice... *grumble* But as it stands, I'm far from disappointed like I originally said I was. As for Rooftop Run.. very same-y to the HD Unleashed version we've already seen. I was expecting a lot of additions, perhaps stuff from the DLC packs, like maybe this epic sequence: So far, the only stage that truly disappoints me is Rooftop Run, oddly enough, simply because it doesn't introduce any new concepts to the level, from what I've seen. Don't get me wrong, the aesthetics look stunning, as do the balloons and addition of the Egg Blimp, but in terms of level design.. I'm a bit let-down. Also.. Mushroom Hill's in the 3DS version? *facepalm* It looks nice, but holy crap, originality is not something this game looks to be shooting for.. also, am I a moron for preordering the 3DS version this weekend? I'm fairly positive that the main theme is the original Sonic the Hedgehog theme. They never have and probably never will use an existing song as a theme.
