Kuzu
Well they can't be worse than Sega, at least they attempt to advertise their games.
Nintendoga
There are currently no GTA's or Metal Gear PSP games for the Vita. It's reminding me of when the 360 botched it backwards compatability through emulation. We don't have Metal Gear Portable Ops or Peace Walker yet (Europe has these, well Peace Walker at least), but we do have both Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories up on the PSN store. They were added last month. Speakin of, I'd really wish Sony would straight up tell us which PS1 titles will be available on the 28th. All I know is Tomb Raider and some other game. Kuzu
So what good games are coming out/already out for the Vita? I'm purchasing one in a few weeks just for Little Big Planet Vita. There's Persona 4: The Golden which is an updated release of the original with new shit, and I heard Gravity Rush was pretty good. Other than that, almost anything coming out for it is already on the 360/PS3.
Marcello
I don't think now is the greatest time to buy a Vita. I'd say wait a bit, at least until TGS to see how things will look next year.

Nintendoga
Gravity Rush looks great. So just that and Little Big Planet Vita I guess. Gravity Rush is pretty good, and I'm guessing LBP Vita will be as well. Here's some other titles already out/coming out that you may wanna check out. Uncharted: Golden Abyss(out)- Almost as fun as the console versions, if not better then the first one. Assassin's Creed III: Liberation(Oct.30)- A handheld AC with console-like gameplay is always good. COD: Black Ops Declassified (Nov) or Resistance: Burning Skies (Out)- if you want an FPS to play. Metal Gear Solid HD Collection (out)- Unlike the console version, doesn't include Peace Walker, but MGS2+3 on handheld is a plus for me! Persona 4: The Golden(Nov. 20th)- Badass Port/Remake of a Badass RPG, should totally get it Playstation All Stars Battle Royal (Nov 20th)- Cross play with PS3 makes it awesome Rayman Origins(out)- Great port of the console versions, I'd say it's actually better thanks to the new touch features. No multiplayer though D: Super Monkey Ball Banana Splitz (Oct)- A fun little SMB game. I guess. Street Fighter X Tekken (Oct 23)- Port of the console version Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3(out)- port of the console version These aren't all the Vita titles out/coming out, but if you are getting a Vita, your best bet would be to wait till Mid October, when it starts getting more games. Dobkeratops
There's also Ragnarok Odyssey but I'm not exactly sure how that game is going to be. It's a MonHun type game that actually plays much closer to the Phantasy Star Portable games in terms of having faster combat speed and shorter missions. Draws lore from the Ragnarok Online MMO so if you played that you'll recognize enemies and stuff like that. Came out already in Asia and user/importer reviews seem pretty positive. Online coop got patched in and will come preinstalled on western copies. XSeed is putting out a really nice collector's edition for it, actually: Also As a side note and on the same line of coop hunting games, Soul Sacrifice looks fucking hot and I haven't seen it mentioned much here: This one's Early 2013 however. blackherox
I'm interested to see how Call of Duty Black Ops II does for the PSvita. The market for handheld FPS is definitely there, so perhaps PSvita could expand said market and in turn sell a fair few more units in Europe and America. Dobkeratops
Btw, it's SCEA sucking balls again. Much like with PSP support you can copy unlisted games from a PS3 and they'll work with a few exceptions. They'll just go enabling them on the download list on a weekly basis to artificially inflate content, lol. Meanwhile at SCEE no fucks are given <
Scar
Wow, the American divisions of game companies sure seem to suck these days. First it was NoA with the whole Xenoblade bullshit, now its SCEA with the PS1 classics for Vita.
Carbo
Can't you make a european PSN? Nope. The new Vita update locks PSN accounts to one memory card. Remember how you could change the PSN account on your Vita without changing your memory card and without formatting it? Well, as of firmware update 1.80 the fun is over. Your memory card is now locked to one account and this can only be changed by formatting the memory card. If you switch accounts you are now greeted by this wonderful message: Sorry for the bad picture (screenshot function doesn't work at that point), the whole message reads: If you select "Cancel" the Vita will behave as if no memory card was inserted. I guess this screws up more people than just me. It's an especially wonderful gift considering they just gave us PSOne games which a lot of people (or at least some) have probably spread across multiple accounts. It's unfathomable how this thing is taking one step forward only to take two steps back.
