[Roleplay] SSMB Heroes Academy: Protect The Multiverse!

[Failinhearts]

As Sayaka gets into her bed and closes her eyes, she starts tossing and turning.

"Blood... so much blood. Mami... Sanae... Nagito... Nightwing! Oktavia... so many Oktavias!" She opens her eyes and screams. She gets out of her bed and runs to Sonic's room, knocking on the door. "Sonic! Sonic!"

Sonic opens the door. "What? I was just getting comfy!"

"I-I'm sorry. It's just that... I'm having nightmares of seeing all my friends who I saw die before. I have no idea what's going on. Even those who are obviously still alive, like Mami. What's happening? I'm even witnessing myself and all the times I've died!" Sayaka explains, her voice wavering as if she's about to break down.

"Calm down, calm down Sayaka..." Tails says, coming out of his door. "I can hear you from here! This must be a case of PTSD from seeing so much at a young age. I know Sonic dealt with that a bit millions of years ago. Come. We'll take you to home base and see what's going on. Okay?"

Homura comes out of her dorm. "And this is why are not fit to be a General, Sayaka Miki!"

"S-Shut up! Are you sure it's PTSD?" Sayaka asks.

"Only one way to find out. Come on, Disciples. We need to support Sayaka. You too, Homura!" Sonic commands, as Neptune and Madoka leave their rooms.

The Disciples leave into a portal as a security camera watches them.

The Dream Sheep laughs as he watches the video feed from Geonosis. "Haha! That was the easiest nightmare I've ever given anyone! Now, Monodam! Hack the Portal networks! Make sure they don't come back!"

"..." Monodam said nothing as we waddles over to a control panel, typing away.

[Ryannumber1gamer]

Rhy and Tempo got ready to leave through a portal.

"See ya Rocky! It was funnnnn!" Rhy said, before flying into the portal. 

"Yes, I have to admit...it was lovely seeing you again Rock" Tempo said, kissing Rock on the cheek.

"Oooooh I wonder what mom's gonna say when she finds out you have a new boyyyyfrienddddddd" Rhy teased, having sneaked a peak through the portal.

"S-Shut up Rhy" Tempo said annoyed, waving to Rock.

Edgeworth yawned. "It was a lovely night Maya, we must do this again sometime...but I think I need some sleep..." Edgeworth said, extremely tired.

"Yeah, this dancing's been fun Harv, but I'm tired out. I need a feast and a queen's sleep" Raven said.

"Welp, guess this calls it a night..." Roxas said, after finishing his dance with Shantae.

Meanwhile, Kat had already returned to bed, since Lupin was currently gravity shifting his way from the law.

[Dee Dude]

Still in the ballroom, Graff woke up being punched by Fura, he then got up and started to dance again.

"ALRIGHT MAMAS! WHO'S READY FOR G-DAWG TO BUST DOWN-"

He then realized everyone else was leaving.

"Hey! Where's everyone going?!" Graff asked confused.

Rocku then came in. "The party is over Graff, everyone is heading to bed."

"Aw, what?! I didn't get to dance with the mamas or even attempt my super McGraff -"

Rocku cut him off by grabbing his cheesy visor shades and breaking them in half.

*SNAP*

".......yeah ok, let's go." Graff agreed removing his jacket, ruffling up his pompapour to his regular hair, and proceeded to leave with Rocku.

[MightyRay]

As Yaya and Pheobee head off to the workshop... the golden device begins to play the puppet song.

End of passion play, crumbling away

"Oh no! We gotta get out of here now!" Pheobee panics.

"Its playing the puppet song! We need to leave now!"

"What about the others?!" Yaya protests.

"Once it starts playing you only have a small window to escape the horrible thing that could happen!" Pheobee adds.

"Well, at least let me try and get Sarge or Mog out?" 

Pheobee nods. "O.K. but then we go."

Yaya rushes back inside to see if she can find the rest of her teammates.

She manages to find Mog and Ztar sleeping on a couch.

Master of puppets I'm pulling your strings

"Guys wake up..." Yaya rocks Mog.

Ztar hisses at her while Mog wakes up... "But I'm tired..." 

"No buts! Let's go!" Yaya orders. Mog sighs and Ztar jolts around. Mia wakes up overhearing the conversation and decides to tag along... "Where are you guys going?" She asks.

Needlework the way, never you betray 
Life of death becoming clearer 
Pain monopoly, ritual misery 
Chop your breakfast on a mirror 

"Out for a while." Yaya sighs.

Yaya then notices Sarge in his armour heading towards them. "Sarge! Just the big guy we need! Come on I need you help!" Yaya pleades.

"What do you my help for?" he grunts.

Taste me you will see 
More is all you need

"Stuff! Come on there is no time!" Yaya panics.

The others all look at each other and decide to follow Yaya's lead out of the academy... leaving Shademon behind along with the new recruit....

Shantae having descended Mettaton's rising stage concurred. "Wow what a few set of days it's been,  huh Roxas? No wonder everyone's bone tired!"

Kaede finds herself tossing and turning too, as the voices in her head return.

Trust no one. Companionship is the enemy. One voice, sounding exactly like hers whispers.

What role do you play Kaede Akamatsu? Another voice says, sounding deep and threatening.

"Stop! Please... who's asking me that?"

Suddenly, Kat and Raven bump into each other in the hall, as a small radio on Kat begins beeping.

*Beep Beep*

"H-Hey, Kat, Raven....W-we have some trouble in Heksville and Yunica can't handle it. I need you guys there n-now!" *kzzzt*

"Of course Syd needs our help..." Raven grumbled.

"Give him a break Raven, he did save us from Joker's gas after all, we owe him one". Kat said, as the two ran towards the portal room to head to Heksville.

"Sorry Harv! We'll talk when I get back, alright!?" Raven shouted as the two ran off. 

"Yeah, it has been. But as much as the last few days have been bad as a Skylander...it's been one of the best days of my life" Roxas said, walking Shantae to her room.

"Don't worry Maya, I already have the hamburger stand scoped out for you" Edgeworth said with a dry chuckle.

[Emperor Robrainiac]

"I'd say your cupcakes and desserts were a success, eh, Tenyew?" Mac nudged his grim reaper landlord.

"You know... they were..." Tenyew packed up the last of the remaining cupcakes and turned to Mac "I think my bakery's gonna do pretty well."

"Aye." Mac grinned as he turned to his sister. "We'll we're heading back to Tenyew's. You coming, Leslie?"

"No, I think I'm gonna clean up more." Leslie said as she pulled out a broom.

"Ah, c'mon!" Mac said, patting his sister's shoulder "Let the metal sonics handle it!"

"...I'd rather stay. I'll live, I'm a janitor after all."

Mac shrugged, "Suit yourself!

Mac and Tenyew packed up the last of the stand, and left the ballroom as Leslie started her cleaning.

Robrainiac held a case of cupcakes, all ready to share with his minions to celebrate back at the base. 

"Halt beast!" A nasaly voice called out, "Where do you think you're going?!"

Robrainiac turned around to see a redheaded, scrawny knight, with a very cocky look on his face.

"Um. Who are you?"

"I am Melvin! Knight of light and overall handsomness!"

 

"..." Robrainiac frowned, at a loss for words.

"Tell me, I hear the academy is filled with fierce warriors and fine maidens. Can you point me in the direction as to where it is?"

"Over there." Robrainiac said, directing his gaze down the path. "Have fun."

"Much obliged, my scaly aquatance! ONWARD!"

Robrainiac watched as the goofy knight ran towards the Skylanders academy, "Well, at least I wont be the most despised person at school. Heheheh..."

[Tori Himemiya]

"Time to look for Ragna!" Noel shouted. Midare then looked at her, "Mr. Bloodedge isn't back still? I'll help you go look for him!" The two then walk out in search for Ragna.

Mai and Kajun were busy standing in the ballroom after the dances are long since over. "I had a fun time Kajun" Mai said. "So did I Mai" The two then looked at each other and then Kajun spoke up. "Hey wanna go a girl's night out and a sleep over?" "Don't we do that all the time?" "Yeah but this time will be special. Shame we forgot to invite Noel with us but it will be fine." The two decided to go into Forest Crossing for a long night of fun.

Meanwhile, in the conference room, Alter-Ego is shown on screen, sleeping. All of a sudden, his face disappears from the monitor as the words OFFLINE are displayed. However, his android body begins twitching as his consiousness gets transferred.

[Agie]

Meanwhile, we turn to two individuals...who hadn't been seen in a long while.

Conker T. Squirrel. He's wandering around Forest Crossing for...something. "Well, lookie here, there's the academy!" But with him is...

Honker the Skunk, who looks a lot like Conker. "Well, @$&# me, we gotta be here in this Forest Crossing place again?!" Yes, this Honker has...quite the potty mouth.

These two are visiting the academy. Free food? Chicks? Fame? Who knows?

[MightyRay]

Overhead a small portal opens up dumping two people right near the academy. A tall blond woman wearing armour near identical to Sgt. Fenix's and a cartoon cricket emerge from it, landing hard on the ground before closing.

They both dust themselves off before looking around...

"Where are we cricket?" The woman asks the cricket bluntly... her nerves are frayed from trying to evade capture and deal with her partner.

"Beats me lady." The cricket shrugs, not really caring about what just happened.

"Come on Ayna lighten up it's not like we'll lose to those bears..."

Ayna turns to the cricket and gives him a stern look. "You've said that so many times it's lost all meaning Zapper, also it's Lt. Stroud, you lost the right to call me by my first name when you tried to electrocute me for suggesting we help that troll girl find her magic stone."

Zapper just sighs. "That was an accident...when are you just going to let it go?" 

"You keep up the attitude I keep up the grudge." Ayna told him bluntly.

Zapper rolls his eyes. The sooner you find this hubby of yours, the sooner I can ditch you, the better. Shooters are so stuck up.

[Tori Himemiya]

Yusei was wandering around the Academy, looking for something to do.

"I guess everyone is having an afterparty..." Yusei looked around the empty halls. He then hears something.

...What is your...role?

"Someone there?"

What is role!?

"Ugh!? What is this sensation?" Yusei held his head in pain. The pain lasted a few minutes before it went away.

"What was that about? What is going on with this Academy?" Yusei didn't know what to think.

[Dee Dude]

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH"  screamed 3 (unfortunately) familiar figures coming from the sky.

*THUD*

As they crashed landed on the ground, they got up and we got a better look at them, they appeared to be three multicolored thingamajigs wearing shirts.

Oh yeah...it was them alright...and they were back...

 

 

'WOOOOOOOW! That was fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun!" spoke the hyperactive Rud who had a very annoying voice. "Let's doitagaindoitagaindoitagaindoitagaindoitagaindoitagain DO IT AGAIN!"

"Duh......what again..." said the idiotic slob that was Greeb who spoke in a typical big dumb guy voice then saw he landed on Blude...again.

"Owwwwww..get off!" spoke Blude who was very whiny and had a nasally voice.

"Duh....I didn't know Blude lived in my belly...which mean I have a belly buddy! HOORAY!!" cheered Greeb idiotically.

"YAY!!" cheered Rud as well.

"I'm no belly buddy, I'm Blude.." Blude said blatantly stating the obvious.

"Me wonders where we are. This must mean ADVENTURE!" Rud declared. He then spotted the Academy. "Oooh! A school! HOORAY FOR LEARNING! HOORAY!"

"Yay!" cheered Blude and Greeb as well as the trio headed to the Academy.

Good lord....whatever happened to these three must have been an unfortunate case of flanderizaton from their writer.

Meanwhile, two figures were approaching the school.

"We've been given like an order sis. You know what those LOSE guys hired us to do!" 

"YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. WE TAKE DOWN THE SCHOOL FROM THE INSIDE AND WORK TO MANIPULATE THEM, AND THEY HELP US RULE MOBIUS!" 

 

[Agie]

Amitie and Sig are in their room, so happy that the night went so well. They're ready for bed. But they're happier than they've ever been. Amitie asks Sig something.

"What will we do for a date after today? I mean, I didn't think I'd get this far, but now that we're together and all..." Amitie said.

Sig thought about it a bit. "Hm...I dunno. Something fun, I hope."

"That's not very specific, Sig..." Amitie said...but given Sig didn't expect it either? "...but that's okay. We'll figure it out, won't we?"

"I guess." Sig said, but with a smile; Amitie brought it up, and he wants her to be happy. "What do you want to do?"

"I don't know. But don't worry about it right now; *yawn* I need sleep..." Amitie said. "Good night, Sig. I love you."

"I love you, too. Sleep well, Amitie." Sig said. They decided to actually kiss each other goodnight, which will take some getting used to, though it made them happy. So they go to bed, peacefully...and unaware of what's to come.

Another figure came close to the Academy.

"Hmmm... I'm not sure where I'm at but I think this might be the place" the girl was looking at her map upside down and looks like she was rustling through a lot of foliage. This girl is Celica A. Mercury, a mage hailing from the Blazblue universe and she's after one thing. "I wonder how Ragna is doing. I heard he has been doing pretty well with this Academy of his."

[Lucid Dream]

Mami, as usual, was in the kitchen, looking for a light midnight snack. Her insomnia had been getting worse, and she'd been getting strange memories again. It was still too early to prepare breakfast, and she didn't feel particularly sleepy, so Mami decided to go outside for a stroll. Just as she stepped out, she saw a petite school girl standing by the door.  

"Hello, you must be a member of this Academy! I'm Kafuka, and I'm here to help!" She said, brimming with optimism and joy.

Name: Kafuka Fuura

Element: Non-elemental

Battle Class: Brawler

Bio: An insanely optimistic girl, who is always spreading her joy and optimism to everyone. Her real name is unknown, alongside much of her background. Her optimism is very extreme, so her logic is quite twisted as a result. She is at the Academy to keep morale up and pessimism at bay. Although, her agenda is very questionable and it can be hard to determine if she is actually a hero. Nobody can defeat her unlimited amount of hope. 

Mami smiled back, and invited her in. "It's nice to meet you, I hope we'll get along.". They began to talk and Mami gradually found herself feeling more sleepy. They both went to bed.  

[Cheawn]

Chuck keeps on dancing the night away in the ballroom. Even as everyone else went to bed, he was just too energetic.

"What!? Everyone's sleeping!? Lame-os! Why sleep when you can have fun all night long!"

Eventually, not even Chuck could fight off the drowsiness, and his dance starts to slow down from it's former fast pace.

"I'm not tired! I'm not tired. I'm not ttiirreedd. I'm not...."

Chuck droops over before hitting the floor. His eyes close and he falls asleep. 

[Agie]

"Where the hell is friggin' Lupin?" Jigen said. "Well, I'm sure we'll find him."

But Jigen is too tired to go back to the hideout. He goes to sleep on a nearby couch. "Goodnight, Goemon. Gotta get some shuteye."

"And a good night to you, too, Jigen." Goemon said. He goes to his room the Metal Sonics built him, where he rests.

Meanwhile Sonic was taking Blaze back to her room. @Lucid Dream "Man Blaze, that was some party wasn't it?! I'm so glad to have caught ya here at this SKylanders Academy ever since I heard that you and Knux were here!

Elsewhere, Mettaton was seeing the many party attendees off. "Marvelous darlings, you were simply marvelous!", the possesed android complimented.

@Emperor Robrainiac "Alphys, as always it was a pleasure to see you again! Don't know if you'll be staying at this upstanding Academy but if not, I assume Ms. Undyne will personally escort home to your love nest. *Wink* *Wink*"

@Ryannumber1gamer Harvey thought to himself hard for a bit before deciding, "Aww shucks! Why I don't I tag along for this little Heksville matter!? Not like there's currently any room back at Wright's for me anyway! Besides, it doesn't seem like Avenger's too keen on leaving Skye's side just yet anyway! What better to get to know ya than seeing that homeworld of yours!"

"But... maybe If I work something out, I can come to the academy someday!" Alphys smiled, "Yeah... Being close to Undyne, hanging around with all the Anime characters... aaaaah! It's like a fanfiction come true!"

Alphys quickly regained her composure before she humilited herself. "Hehehehe... sorry. I promise, I'll return someday!

Alphys turned to Undyne and put on a smile, hiding her sadness. "So Um... I'm so sorry, but there's a lot of work that needs to be finished back home. But I like I said... I promise I'll be back! Do you wanna... um... uh..."

Raven nodded. "Do as you wish then, I suppose" as the three headed for Heksville. 

Meanwhile, Roxas walked Shantae back to her room. 

"Well, it's been quite a night, bet you must be completely worn out after all of that dancing". Roxas said, making small talk.

"After I've finished here, I'll go turn in for the night with Mr. Wright, Maya and company! Toodles!"

"Oh boy! Rave! Looks like that portal'll be seating one more! The kid's apparently quite determined to come along too! Hah! Who'd have imagined that being trapped in fusion nearly at the brink of death would bring us total strangers together so much!"
