Arn't you forgetting about Sonic Free Riders? A lot of characters got a good deal of dialog in that one. (Amy's VA has come a long way from that awful first impression. )

To be fair, that game was more of a spinoff.

Plus, Sonic Free Riders wasn't the best game, and was personally not the most exciting way to show off the new voice cast. I thought the characters were very cringey in that game. The voice actors got a lot better after that luckily, but it's a shame we still haven't seen enough of the others. It's sad how Lego Dimensions was the closest we got to giving these characters a bigger role, yet it was just a Lego spin off, and still didn't give the others much to do. Not to mention how Sonic Free Riders didn't have proper cutscenes, just stationary images of the characters standing around, it didn't really give us a proper look at how the characters look with their new voices, without any proper animation or lip movements. Past Sonic Riders games had actual cutscenes, so the stationary cutscenes from Free Riders were a real let down.

Not to mention how many characters still haven't had a lot of screen time yet, like Blaze and Silver, they weren't even in the story for Sonic Free Riders, and were only hidden characters. Luckily Silver is confirmed to have more dialogue and appearances in Forces, but we still have no idea if Blaze will show up.

Nope.

Eggman literally turns into Guano in this week's episode! XD

Oh shit, I just remembered that show this week and now I can't unsee that.

Personally, I thought it was Princess Twilight Sparkle in that chibi form.

Time really flies. Kind of sad how there's barely been any games with the current cast. Correction, while there have been plenty of games since the new voice cast, they still heavily limited the current voice cast. Sonic Forces appears to be the first entry in the series to give anyone that isn't Sonic, Tails, Orbot, Cubot, or Eggman a chance at having a lot of dialogue. Knuckles and Amy have had very limited appearances, and the rest of the characters have had it worse. It almost seems like a waste for Sega to fire and replace so many voice actors, just to not give them much work in return. At least Knuckles and Amy got more work in the form of the Sonic Boom show. As for video games, Sega hasn't been giving their voice actors much to work with.  I really hope Sonic Forces can cause Sega to bring the other characters back as more than just cutscene/story extras in the future.

Yeah, poor Kyle Hebert had his dialogue from Generations go unused.

I severely doubt it since it wouldn't make sense.

Wait they got Kyle Herbert?

Number 100 was really enjoyable. Would never have expected Eggy would be a hero in a sense.

Not too many good laughs, though, besides the "powder keg of emotions" joke-- brings back memories of "Tails' Crush".

Also, the Casino Night Zone namedrop was a nice touch. The writers really like throwing longtime Sonic fans a bone now and then lately.

Are there voice clips online?

Were there also clips recorded for Jet and Omega?

Don't Make Me Angry had funny moments. They managed to make a good joke about the comics, and a reference to Casino Night Zone. There was a part where Sonic got upset over a "To Be Continued" ending to a comic, and he said "If I ever had a comic, none of this would happen." There was also a part where  Eggman woke up dizzy, and claimed he hadn't felt like that since he went to Casino Night Zone. (A What Happens In Vegas, Stays In Vegas reference, lol.)

The episode has Eggman realize he always loses, since he doesn't have powers. He goes to the library and borrows a comic which served as a parody to The Incredible Hulk. Eggman decides to build a device which will mutate him to have powers, however, it goes wrong, and whenever he gets angry, he turns into a cute little purple thing. He starts running around the village, as Orbot and Cubot try catching him. The next morning, Eggman wakes up, and tries keeping his backfire a secret. However, Sonic and pals give him pressure, by mentioning the purple thing they saw Orbot and Cubot chasing. Sonic and pals laugh, and question how Eggman was able to invent a creature like that, Eggman gets angry, and the gang realize Eggman is the purple creature.

Eggman learns he has to go a certain number hours in a row without getting angry in order to get rid of his cute half. However, if he gets angry, it will take longer to revert to normal. Eggman decides he needs to learn how to manage his anger, and ends up going to an anger management class, which is ironically taught by Amy. Eggman makes a funny jab about how ironic it is for an emotional time bomb like Amy to be teaching an anger management class, and Amy snaps back at him, and reverts back to a calm tone. (typical Amy, lol.) Amy even brought Og in to teach meditation. Amy and Og's  teaching actually work, and Eggman is now relaxed. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Sticks try messing with Eggman, in hopes of seeing him transform, yet Eggman remains calm. Beth the Shrew feels bad about Eggman, and follows him back to the lair. Beth tries cheering Eggman up, but ends up accidentally falling down his garbage chute.

Eggman tries saving Beth, but him and his robots aren't small enough to fit in the chute. Eggman has no choice, but to get angry, in hopes of saving Beth. Eggman tries going around to get angry, yet ironically, everyone isn't ticking him off. He tries going to Meh Burger, but Dave got his order right for once. He then approaches Sonic, yet Sonic apologizes for how he behaved the other day. Eggman tells Sonic about how Beth is in danger, and needs to get angry to save her. Ironically, Eggman gets angry over not getting angry, and transforms. Sonic then grabs Eggman, and quickly sends him back to the lair to save Beth. Eggman saves Beth, and the episode ends showing Eggman meditating in order to try getting rid of his cute half, but Cubot accidentally spills some soup on Eggman, and it causes Eggman to transform again, and causes Eggman's anger timer to sky rocket, showing it will take longer for Eggman to revert to normal.

Overall, I liked the episode, but the ending was strange. It felt like the only episode besides Sole Power to have an unresolved conflict. It ended implying Eggman won't be cured any time soon, it makes me wonder if he'll still have his cute form in the finale or something? Regardless of a strange ending, it was still a funny episode, and had plenty of fun references.

@SpongicX How did the scene with Eggman insulting Amy go?

It just came with him being shocked to see her being the teacher. He makes a sarcastic comment pointing out how ironic it is to have an emotional powder keg teaching anger management. Amy aggressively shouts back, but quickly goes back to being calm. It was all in fun humor. Her teachings were pretty good, and actually worked. It was neat to see how she brought in Og to teach meditation. Amy was also teaching Charlie and Comedy Chimp during the class.

Cool. It sounds nice having Beth be sympathetic towards Eggman and having Sonic apologize to him.

It was funny how Sonic acted nice, the moment Eggman wanted Sonic to anger him.

Plus, the villagers sounded decent in the episode from what I've heard so far.

Also the comic book joke kind of becomes sad when you think about it.

The worst the villagers did was laugh at Eggman, but Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Sticks were pretty mean towards Eggman. Amy and Beth were the only ones to show signs of feeling bad for him. Amy originally did laugh about Eggman's predicament, but she assured him that they would treat the situation delicately, followed by Sonic squirting Eggman with a water gun, which caused everyone but Amy and Beth to laugh. At least Amy, Beth, and Sonic tried helping Eggman out in the episode, Sonic even apologized for his behavior.

I have a question: did Eggman's voice change?

Yeah, he couldn't speak English though. He sounded like Walrus Lady's baby Chumley.

I tried looking for the full episode of the newest Sonic Boom episode "Don't Make Me Angry", but I can't seem to find it.
