I guess you can finally go underneath why doesn't windy hill zone 1 3DS have this, unless it's in the other acts.

I know I've seen one or two full tube or sphere bits in the 3DS version somewhere before now. So, it supports it, it just doesn't like to use them, either due to level designer preferences or to avoid loading as much, I guess things like enemies would still probably be active and running on the bottom of a tube or such.

 

(I still can not figure out how powerful the 3DS is, sometimes it seems between Wii and GCN, sometimes it seems on par with GCN, sometimes it almost comes off a touch weaker save for the apparent constant shaders, and yet some made it look even better than the Wii somehow... then you add in 2D/3D options that make that vary even more.)

Evidence? I've seen every shown stage from the 3DS version, and I've only seen planetoids that you can walk all around in, the tubes shown so farl imit Sonic to the top.

2. Love the Chaos Emeralds icon =P

3. Back to 1, if Super Sonic cant use color powers what will he do in most cases that color powers are needed =O

4. Will there be a Super Sonic bonus & special pose at the end of a zone?

5. Will Super Sonic fly like in Generations???

6. Can Super Sonic be used in bosses??

7. Super Sonic in the 3DS version is so gonna break Speedruns..

The option to go underneath the tube adds a lot since its very reason for going down there was for alternative path ways, which in turn would offer replayability to the player when playing the game again, the option to explore for multiple paths in a game adds a lot to the level design, especially in a Sonic game) Helps people who get really skilled at the game(Speed-runners mostly)know which paths to take to get the best time or just let people to search around and see parts of the level they never saw before.

 

Yes, because the 3DS version it's just a straight line with no exploration whatsoever.And what does tubular worlds help on speedruns? Just because there's multiple paths? There are many multiple paths and a quite strong sense of exploration on the 3DS version as well, you know. It's really nice to have the option to go undearneath the level, and I have no problem with it at all, I'm just saying that in MY OPINON it doesn't adds that much as people say, and it's nothing that it couldn't be done without that option, so I don't really mind it, but again, it's just MY opinion, if that's your opinion, it's OK =).

 

Ahem, ladies & gentleman, I would like to show you that the 3DS version has circular stages & acts!

 

(Ik this is multiplayer but most likely this goes to show that in the main game the same could apply.)

Man, first, circular worlds.

Then, Super Sonic.

Yep, The 3DS version will be just as good as the Wii U version (IMO).

First I thought the 3DS version was going to be a bit inferior because of you couldn't go undearneath stages, which, again, I don't think it adds that much as some people say. I really didn't mind that, but then I remembered Super Sonic, so I was a bit worried that on the 3DS version you couldn't use Super Sonic in regular stages like in Generations 3DS... but then, I saw THIS...

 

I have no doubts at all, along with Pokémon X/Y, this game will murder the Ps VITA, and will finally sell the Wii U.

2.- They're amazing =).

3.-I don't think the developers would be dumb enough to not add an atlern way to pass to the sections with Super Sonic if It won't be able to use them.

4.- More likely.

5.- I don't think so. Super Sonic could fly with the boost, in LW there's no boost, and Sonic's abilities focus more on the ones he had on his genesis days, in which he couldn't fly while being supersonic, but run faster and being invincible, so...

6.- I don't really think so.

7.- SUPAH SAWNIK!!

8.- We can dream, buddy...

Their still in the game though, like when you pwn robots, & did you guys see Grey Quake on the TGS Trailer, its like it has 2 different forms, 1 for rollin, another for quakin =D.

Then we had Ivory Lightning doing it big once again & this time in.. Tropical Coast? sounds bout right.

I'm glad that are are finally multiple Sonics in the same screen in portable multiplayer.

Shit, im just glad the 3DS version has all of the following we've been mensioning on this topic since like forever =D. But yea im gonna love multiplayer, its crazy at how much their spamming the Somersault & Im totally abuse the Spindash on the circular stages.

Im starting to think that the 3DS is totally gonna have the Casino, Sweet Mountain Zone & that damn Honeycomb =D. They have to make them look different though since its exclusive level design =P. Speeking of the Honeycomb, Super Sonic in that stage would look so damn awesome!!! It looks like Super Sonic is more viable in this game too, due to the High ammount of rings they give you, wondering if you can use Super Sonic again in the same stage twice or more if you've already activated SS & used the 50 rings or whatever ammount of rings you have =O

Yes I did.

Another important thing is ZAZZ's battle, which was on the sunset time. On the Wii U we've already seen ZZAZZ's battles on the Day and Night, and now on the sunset, so as the 3DS version is practically the Wii U version with minor quality, I'm pretty sure there will be 1 battle with the D.S per time.

 

Oh and...Did you guys notice on the customizable ships eh...dunno...OMOCHAO?! So Omochao will be one option to be your "partner" on the Wii U version Co Op?...

 

"Hi! I'm Omochao, and I'll be your assistant on the Co-Op stages!"

"Those robots are called Badniks! They're dangerous, so be careful!"

"Use the homing attack by pressin A two times when locked on a badnik to destroy it!"

Hmm, I swear I saw a tube somewhere but I can't find any in the videos I'm looking up... maybe I was thinking of the planetoids and Sonic's sort of not quite tube gravity on the tubes with all the fences and jotted it down in my mind as proof.

 

EDIT: What I saw wasn't Sonic on the whole outside of a tube nor on a planetoid, it was that one snow level where you push the snowballs, where there's the inside of a tube type thing that Sonic seems to move around quite a bit.

 

Also find it funny people are hating on the idea of Omochao in this game when moments before we got floods of demo-ers and previewers who were missing the obvious due to lack of tutorials right in your face in some demo or another, implying much of the public actually needs something obvious like him that's hard to miss. Or maybe he's ammo for a new RC version of Shadow's Omochao Gun!

Because of this trailer idk how long I can wait for this game anymore man D=. Its gonna be so worth the wait to finally have a 3D handheld Sonic game that can equal it's brother version =D. 34 Days Remaining untill it comes out

Guys, I have been thinking, and...

When Iizuka said the 3DS version tried to feel like the Wii U version, I thought it was doing great. except that it was missing the rotating stages, which I didn't really mind since I think they didn't add that much as some people consider, but still.

 

But with this trailer, there were shown 2 rotating worlds on the 3DS version, which is EPIC! =). Again, I don't really mind them that much but it's a nice addition, and I'm glad the 3DS version has it. 

 

But have you guys noticed the levels of the zones that hasn't gravity but you can't go undearneath them were the ACT 1 of the zone? But now it was shown acts with rotating stages, which weren't the ACT 1, so maybe the first act of the zones of the 3DS version would be level in where you can't go undearneath the worlds, but you could do that on the other acts (which I hope to be 6).

The 3DS version is pretty much turning out great, I mean its gonna have rotating & circular stages but not a whole game full of them =P. Look at Tropical Coast which is now presumed the 5th area, 6th is maybe Sky Road & 7th Lava Mountain? Anyway look at this screenshot of Tropical Coast:

It has a 360% tube stage, they'll most likely pop up once in each world at least you know, then the Circular stages are gonna be in the game in multiple area's most likely =D. Im Really interested in that 3D Tropical Coast Underwater Drilling Section though, shit looks fucking amazing.

You have to agree, most of these "Themed levels" are based off other game shit:

"Dessert Ruins" = Sweet Mountain

Tropical Coast Grind = Mix of Aquarium Park & The Construction is like Planet Wisp

Frozen Factory 3 = Casino Night Duh Lol

Honeycomb = Feels like a mix of Sweet Mountain & Planet Wisp XD

 

I cant wait to play those stages & more of those specific themed levels in the 3DS version =D, I wonder what challenge they cooked up for us in those stages. Well back to Super Sonic, I think his skills are gonna be sorta like genesis, just like what Dan said. Some things ima point out real quick:

 

Super Sonic Skill Boost for sure:

Super Spindash: Longer & Faster

Invincibility: You can pretty much crash through enemies & take no damage from obstacles, enemies & gimmicks

Somersault Wind Blade Kick: OOO I wonder if it can stun stronger enemies

Speed: No need to hold down L & R for sure, Super Sonic got tha Speed =D

Parkour: Damn son, Super Sonic is probably gonna break Parkour sections because he can practically fly & never get tired in this form anyway right?

Serial Homing: Probably 6 targets instead of 3 & homes in on enemies quicker

Jump: Higher jumping skill, yea buddy.

Wisps?!?: Idk bout this, Super Wisps would be epic, but you know Super Sonic in Colors didn't have the option to use wisps. If Super Sonic used wisps they would probably just be faster, stronger & invincible.

Honeycomb stage looks more like terminal velocity

As would any stage that had Sonic just run down a long descending road.

Its funny that Master Zik trains Zavok & is his master but he's not the leader of the Deadly Six, LOL. Blah whatever though, im the 1st boss of the game, with a moon that shoots stars & a huge anger management problem .-.
