It is unknow apparently, but Ed Boon said before the pool itself was closed that both Zatanna and Red Hood (Jason Todd) were doing really good, so i guess they are on the top.

Also, Boon mentioned that he didn't put Martian Manhunter in the pool because he knew he would have sucked a lot of votes, and he wanted to give a chance to other characters like Power Girl, Red Hood etc.

Well now that Batgirl is available for downloading, Lobo has been moved to the villain side of the roster. Thus, leaving 3 spots for the heroes. I'm hoping one of those 3 is Static.
