This really, really excited me now that it's practically confirmed. ASR is better than any Mario Kart game bar DS and 7, so hopefully this can prove to be another big hitter.

Well, that didn’t take long. The product pages on eStarland have now been wiped clean and all versions of the game no longer show up in searches. You can still see the game title in the categories when you follow the links to the pages, though XD

Well... Activision did something very similar recently with the new Call of Duty game which hasn't yet been announced. It was up for pre-order on a website, then the listing mysteriously vanished. Sega may have done the same, although I'm not sure if they've done this recently with anything or not. Mighty Ape had the Generations CE on their pages weeks before it was announced. Although the game had already been announced by then so it wasn't such a strange thing.

Then again, what have we had so far? Leaked conversations, toy reports from two seperate locations from two completely different companies, as well as Sega selling off the original ASR toys, Oh not to mention that new kiddy ASR ride which they recently announced. And now a pulled listing on a wesbite.

Anyone still not think this game isn't happening yet?

Huh, i wasn't expecting nothing less from Shadzter & SSMB ;)

Can't wait for an official release. God i want to hear DAT REMIX FULL VERSION

I think a Vita version could probably support a near console-like port. I see the Wii and 3DS versions as the ones that would probably be the slightly watered down versions.

Possibly but, the 3DS has shown it can run games straight from 360/PS3 with a little bit of graphics tweaking.

It had to have been a response from SEGA, and I doubt they'd care that much if it was fake or a mistake.

I think they probably would care if an online store was advertising a false product from them. Don't get me wrong, though; I do think the pages were probably pulled because they were real rather than because they weren't.

ehy guys, that's just my wish list, don't get excited biggrin.png I'd love something like this. Anyway I sent my wish list to Steve Lycett, let's hope he'll look into that (for what is worth right now).

Are we that desperate for leaks? Of course that was a wishlist LOL. I mean I don't mean to rain down any dreams and hopes of course, but I just feel like that might be way too much in some areas, like maybe all those Sonic levels, XD (I'd want all this too though T-T). I just really hope they don't kinda "clone" like having basically a themed area, but there's actually like 2-3 tracks of them (the seaside hill like ones for example).

Whatever they do, I'd love DLC. No matter how much or little crammed in it, I'd always be itching for more. Just make Metal a character to play as from the start and I'll be grand, <3. I just hope they don't axe Opa-Opa for whatever reason. I know people sometimes have a hard time playing with him with his animations, but it's what makes me love him so damn much (plus I don't have a problem with it XD).

No......not even close. Its slightly more powerful than the Wii, but not even close to matching the Vita, let alone PS360. If there is a 3DS version, you can bet that it'll be most similar to the Wii version. That is to say, running at a much lower resolution, with less polygons and graphical effects. If there is a Tegra 3 version like there is of S4E2, then that will probably look better than the 3DS version.

But we're not really here to talk about that.

Why would you want Green Hill and Casino Night. We basically already got them in the first game.

To be honest I had in mind these stages before doing my list. Green Hill is always welcome, it is always where it all started, so I don't mind another re-creation of that level. I love Casino Night for the casino environment, but mostly for its music, so it is highly welcome.

I also sent to Steve Lycett some other ideas, but didn't get answers:

I'd like a little more emphasis in speed, and the game beeing a little more off road/rally style. 2 vehicles per character, grand prix in multiplayer, 2-3 more items boxes.

gameplay wise I'd like to see something like Wacky Races for Dreamcast. During the race you can collect up to 5 rings (rings are spread through the race track) to perform 2 kind of move: Supestar move and All Stars move.

The superstar moves require 3 rings and are peculiar move for each character like a spin dash for Sonic, Chaos Control for Shadow, throwing bananas for AiAi and so on...these moves are not as powerful as the AllStars, which can be done with 5 rings, and only once a lap. Of course you still have the item boxes.

so, for my point of view, let's hope he'll look into that :)

nice ideas. :) and also, i do wish they have Ristar as a playable this time. There are many ideas about him that could work as a playable, and he never had been playable since 17 Years from his main game. Plus i know, The Fan Demand was a reason why he could. But Still, I just wish for Ristar to be a playable.

for a Ristar Idea, I think a Off-Road, or On-Road Car could work at least. and his All-Star Move would be him launching to speed with the Starlaunch Pole (which are the ones at the end of the level) as Ristar swings in speed, he blast away thru the track like a Shooting Star. Be sure not to be behind him, or you will be Starstrucked by his All-Star Speed!
