I was laughing too. XD It's just too funny, I was hoping that I'd be able to take the DS version as seriously as the Wii version, but I guess not. 5 bucks says Sonic Colors DS doesn't have the good Sonic Colors Wii writers. XD

Here, I'll make my question a little more specific since you didn't understand it, which is alright, I was too busy laughing at the mommy Yacker. Is Super Sonic playable in the normal Sonic stages?

Pretty much.The only thing that Sonic Colors DS might be missing is a over abundance of automation, and even that's up for debate. XD

Throwing in all of the useless side characters, Super Sonic is only playable during the final boss, final boss is some dumb monster yet again (except now in a 2D game, WHAT A TWIST). It seems they have. Dimps are the new Sonic Team :lol: Oh well, game still looks fun to play regardless.

I've finished the DS version of Colours but I only have six emeralds. How do I have access to the last one?

This is a pretty common mistake, did you play a Versus matchin the simulator? (I did it against the CPU) You can get the seventh emmerald there. (it's the second I got)

This game is trash then. But I can't help but laugh at the irony, its like every thing bad about the previous games mixed in one handheld package, its so hilarious I must get it.

Wow... that has to be the lamest monster they have come up with yet. So the final boss is a giant mutated pink cream puff?

Sure, the Eggman fight was a bit lacking, but in comparison, it's god. Makes me wonder, though... is there a secret boss after getting all the Emeralds in the Wii version? I'll just have to keep playing to find out :P

I lol'd at Yaker's mom. I mean, really, What the HELL is this abomination?! It looks horrible. I could understand it if only i knew for sure dimps made this as a joke to make people laugh.

There's one thing i still don't get. If Super Sonic is not playable in the normal stages, what are the red rings for?

Okay, uh... here's my take on the DS version:

I'm glad that it's based off of Sonic Rush with small changes to the gameplay mechanics (homing attack, no tricks, wall jump, etc) and I am happy that the rest of the cast shows up as NPCs, not playable characters, which is good...

BUT.

Mama Wisp. BAHAHAHA!!!! Sorry, but that's hilarious. Why isn't Eggman the final boss in this one? Why can't we be Super Sonic in the main game? It isn't that hard to do! If I'm to get my own DS, (or 3DS :3) I would still get this game, but still, maahaahaaaannnn that Jellyfish Mama Wisp is freaking ridiculous.

Well that sucks! It's not fair. Wii owners got their Super Sonic in levels. The only good thing is that DS owners got the final fight with Super Sonic, which is awesome. I know, some people [read "retro fans"] like when the final fight is without Super Sonic, but IMO, Super Sonic fight is far more epic than the normal fight.

I hope those art pieces are worthy of my effort.

I think its more of a case of, We've been getting Super Sonic fights for so long, that a non Super fight just came as surprising, don't get me wrong I love every super fight despite the fact its been done to death, but a Non Super Final boss just seems refreshing, not to mention its Eggman you're fighting for the final boss, I'll admit I would've been upset if the "Nega Mother Wisp" was in the Wii version.
