40 minutes long. Hopefully there'll be a lack of time-wasting and a focus on games.

Where did that come from? I don't see it on their site.

Cm'on, we all know that Retro's project is finally going to be revealed. That's something, right?

It's on their UStream.

40 minutes is less than I expected but the January Direct was chock-full of announcements and that was about 30 minutes.

If that was anything to go by hopefully it'll be a great way to cut out the fluff.

Daaaaamn, only 40 minutes? <=/ I'm slightly worried now...I was hoping it would be a little bit more than an hour.

40 minutes really? what happen to the power hour?  59 minutes does not count.

Less than 10 minutes guys.

This could be bad ( less likely) or this could be fucking amazing. which one do you pick?

are your bodies ready?

Jesus it's even shorter than I was expecting :c ugh

it's still 1 hour long, but they're allocating 20 minutes of combined time for people to recover between megaton and megaton

40 minutes?!

Better deliver, Ninty.

Talking like... less than 5 minutes per game.

I guess it was just a rumor. Still expecting it, though.

Four minutes!

I'm so excited. I hope there's some surprises that blow my mind here. Let's go Nintendo!

40 mins just isn't long enough to show a decent amount of Nintendo games, let alone any third party support. My hype is very low besides Smash :/

Alright Nintendo, I know I'm hyped for what I'm expecting, and you've pretty much secured second place, but come on give me some megatons. Give me some surprises.

IGN isn't showing the ND, just reactions after it.

You already forgot the length of the January Direct?

40 minutes is more than you think.

You can fit every third party game this E3 in a 10 minute montage easily.

And trailers for game announcements are typically 1-3 min long.
