Maybe I'm the only one who thinks this but I don't like Sonic's new wheel o feet animation. Maybe it's because I got so use to seeing sonic with his arms/hands behind him (even in Sonic CD). Wheel o feet looked better in the classic days but just doesn't do it for me now.

Exact opposite for me. I love the new wheel o feet animation! Because of the way he leans forward, it kind of reminds me of the Roadrunner; and—weird as it might seem—I like that.

I recall when the Famitsu scans were posted, there wasn't much translating done. If this is old news, sorry

But over at SEGAbits I asked one of our Japanese members to find out the zone names and he read "Sylvania Castle" and "White Park". I recall Sylvania Castle was mentioned here, but White Park was new to me.

I think White Park has been mentioned or guessed, but without proof. When I translated it I could only get as much as "White -" because the page cut off. But yeah, cheers for t he confirmation.

Oh cool! Yeah, STORM! was the one who translated it. He's our resident rumor man from Japan, and he's almost always spot on with his reports. I also think he has the issue itself, which explains why he could translate the full name.

Episode 2 names are a step up from 1. I like when they make up words like Sylvania. Also, White Park has a Green Hill vibe. Simple and direct.

Mad Gear is a pretty rad name IMO. Egg Station sounds nice too.

Does that mean UNLOCKABLES??? Not Super Sonic, since there are bonus stages for that, but something different. Metal Sonic skin? Tails alone playable?

White Park? ...Is there any precedent for zones having different names in Japanese to English? White Park is a pretty underwhelming name even on its own, let alone right after Sylvania Castle.

Edit: The achievements spoil what's either the fourth zone or the final zone, by the way. Sounds like a potential callback level - certainly the name is - but we'll see.

=> bosses don't have separate levels.

From the achievement's description, I don't think Tails is playable in single player. They could just be referring to playing as him in co-op.

This. It could quite easily mean play multiplayer and choose Tails.

Also these achievements mention Super Sonic, but no Super Tails... it doesn't confirm anything, but doesn't fill me with hope.

But... Playing track 3...

Can only be viewed if you live in Europe and visit Segas site. If you do not live in Europe it means Sega do not love you.

But with the power of print screen there they are!

There are larger much better quality/through the use of witchcraft you can probably yank them yourself but I'm only a grade 1 warlock don't yet know how to do that... please hang up.
