A new logo for Paramount's upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 film has been revealed. The new logo takes heavy inspiration from Sonic Adventure 2, adding that game's iconic blue and black spikeball as a background to the movie's title. But that's not all!
The logo utilizes a distinct, orchestral version of Sonic Adventure 2's Live and Learn theme, alongside an evil cackle from Jim Carrey. The reveal also reconfirms Sonic 3's December 2024 release date. However, before you all get too excited, I would like to note that Sonic 2's logo reveal utilized Emerald Hill Zone's theme, music that ultimately wasn't in the movie.
On Twitter, to logo reveal came with a hint to the movie's (obviously very Shadow-centric) plot:
