  • Go Behind The Scenes Of The Sonic Symphony With A New Rehearsal Video!

    Reaching far across frontiers too!

The 2021 Sonic 30th Anniversary Symphony concert was so successful that they decided to do a world tour, and it is happening right now. They've been traveling all over the United States, as well as making occasional stops internationally, playing multiple decades of Sonic the Hedgehog music. Now, we're getting a rare look at how they prepare for the show behind-the-scenes with a brand new video!

Of course, keep in mind that this isn't a documentary or anything. It's just a 45 second long video that the official Sonic Symphony account on Twitter posted. It's also just one song, which is I'm Here, the main theme of Sonic Frontiers. And since it's not even a minute long, it isn't even the entire song. Still, it is showing a rehearsal of the song, and although it's brief, it isn't something that we see often.

That all said, there's a very real possibility that we could see more behind-the-scenes footage someday. The Sonic Symphony is one of the very few things that Sonic fans in general enjoy with very little disagreements, so there is absolutely no harm in showing more. In the meantime, their next show will be in Montreal, Canada this weekend, so if you're going to be attending, you don't have much longer to wait to see the results of all this rehearsing!

It makes me happy to see the iconic music from the Sonic series getting recognition to the extent. Even though a lot of people cannot agree on what games are good, most will agree that the music is always great.
