Sounds like the Mega Drive won't be the only thing getting revived on Dreamcast. The rumour mill is churning at a breakneck pace, and it's telling us that Sega intends to release a Sonic-themed compilation for the console next year to coincide with Sonic's 10th Anniversary.
The pack will apparently include a whole range of games from Sonic's history, spanning the Mega Drive and Sega Saturn systems. Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic R and Sonic Spinball are amongst the titles to be included, coming on two GD-ROM discs.
The rumour, which was first reported on Daily Radar, was brought to Sega's attention - the company said that they have heard nothing from Sega Japan about any such compilation. So it might not be true, but we hope it is because being able to re-play the classics all over again would be awesome, right?
