They do the same thing in English. They kinda had to since they don't translate her dialogue, or else no one who didn't speak Korean would know what the "WHAM" part was.

Maybe I explained this in the wrong way. If I remember correctly, in the English version she talked in Korean during all the episode except for the last 2 seconds. In the Italian version she talked during all the episode in Italian, not just those two seconds. But just for that episode.

That aside, great episode. BMO is one of my favorite characters in the show, so it's nice to see him get more development throughout this series, especially how little of a role he had in the first season.

I'm adding Moseph to the roster list of human survivors along with Finn and Susan Strong, despite living on mechanical parts. It gives some hope that there are more humans out there and that Finn isn't the last of his kind. Also, liked how it is expanding the show's universe/world building with the MO Factory and how we could see it again along with BMO's family. It really brings in more opportunities and ideas into the fold.

 

Episode highlights: BMO taking a "dump" (or robot-equivalent of getting high?) under a box, Finn and Jake's disguises when going into the factory with Finn bumping into things, "FMO, you look ridiculous", the tram ride, the SMO's antics especially failing to eat and drink, Finn trying to remember the map, tram ride chase, "Cram your tram! Womp!", meeting up with the MO creator, "Grandpoops", and meeting the rest of BMO's family.

Great episode! I found BMO's origin story interesting and wasn't expecting another human to make an appearance.

Really liked to see Bubblegum and Marceline interacting with each other and teaming up for an adventure on their own. Also, get see the witch that bought Hambo from Ash and PB sacrificing shirt to gain a friend by reuniting Marcy with Hambo. Not to mention expanding the villain roster by adding Maja. A great episode indeed!

Highlights: PB's kitty wall clock, shirt sniffing, "Now, make fist. With your brain. And punch against sleepytime. Don't go gentle into that good-night!", going through the sleeping gate bramble, "My googoomama meter is going babies!", "That girl has zero-self respect. Haha. That's mean. Don't tell her I said that.", the Hambo illusions, Marceline vs Crabbit, and Crabbit wanting to go into dancing than being Maja's familiar.

Flame Princess vs Ice King next week!

Saw Frost and Fire.

 

Finn messed up pretty badly this time by having Flame Princess and Ice King duke it out just so he can try to understand dreams he had featuring the Cosmic Owl, resulting in the Ice Kingdom getting destroyed and Flame Princess pretty much breaking up with him for betraying her trust. The ending was pretty sad; it seems Finn will never be allowed to have a permanent girlfriend. First Bubblegum and now this... Poor kid.

This episode had both overtones and insinuated undertones of very heady, mature subject matter.

 

Flame Princess flaming his crouch and it feeling exhilaratingly good in Finn's wet dream obviously expressed Finn's hormonal desires for FP but the impossiblity to act on those feelings. So the fight with Ice King becomes an external release of this tension for Finn, but ironically proves his incredible immaturity in how abstract and silly his dreams are and in how he handled the situation.

 

I'm most disappointed in Jake though. He gave FInn, his little brother and best friend, the worst possible advice based on mystical garbage he still believes even after he meet the Cosmic Owl personally and found out he's just another dude, on the level of the Party God.

 

It was a self-fulfilling prophecy much like the episode where Jake thinks he is going to die with the Banana Man. Jake really hasn't matured much after having kids, and even after One Last Job taught him to watch out for fucked up behavior he's somewhat responsible for, he hasn't taken these lessons to heart. Let Finn be immature for once and not Jake overshadow him in that respect.

Such an intense and funny episode before it became sad in the end as of course with Finn blowing it. Overall a really good episode.

 

Highlights: The FP and IK fights especially with the ice warriors and the giant Kaiju fight, FP roasting IK's hams, Finn's 'wet' and prophetic dreams, Jake's dream and his advice when mentioned of the Cosmic Owl, Finn's freak out scream when writing out the letters, and Finn giving Gunther mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. 

 

Remember the Future Farming by Jay T. Dawgzone idea introduced in Reign of Gunthers? Looks like Finn is using it to get with his 'old flame' for the next episode.

Also, PB looking onto the battlefield is no coincidence and might play into the latest episode. Finn is probably going to screw up again in trying to get with PB and most likely she'll say no, but she'll probably know what is up between him and FP and could help him get over it or help how they could get together. Though the episode's title Too Old is the polar opposite of Too Young which was an earlier episode, so maybe the return of 13 year old PB? Maybe, maybe not. AT is really unpredictable that way, (which is one of the things I like about the show) and I can't wait to see how that will unfold.

 

Also, Flame Princess is now having relationship issues along with evil daddy ones. Why does that sound familiar? Oh! She's now similar to Marceline in a way! This could probably lead to both Queen and Princess having a confrontation with each other, probably have the two battle as a result and Marcy giving love/relationship advice and help too. Maybe even get a Simon and Marcy episode out of it as well! Though it'll spell trouble if The Flame King (or even Hunson Abadeer) gets involve and take advantage of this to turn his daughter back to the Darkside.

Oddly enough, Time Sandwich was suppose to air last night, but for some reason, CN switched it with Too Old, I believe, but I'm not too deterred by it. It kinda compliments with last episode well and it shows Finn suffering from adolescence but still learning about growing up and how you'll receive more responsibility and have less fun when you age. And at least, he knows now he flubbed up with FP and is willing to patch things up with her, even though they really didn't breakup, just she wanted to be alone for a while.

 

Highlights: Jake trying to push BMO out of the tub while taking a really long bath, "I think the Lemongrab's are getting weirder", understatement of the year, The lemon aristocracy being borderline creepy and disturbing, Lemongrab's servants being incompetent at their job despite their society being 'sophisticated', Lemongrabs' appearances of the prime being fat and overweight while the clone is very skinny, The Lemon Show, Lemon toilet as a juicer, PB and Finn pranking like old times, Bakin' Soder, Lemonhope and the escape, and Jake's phone prank about FP having a new boyfriend.

I guess Time Sandwich is going to wait for awhile. Not at all peeved though. Earth and Water, eh? Looks like it'll bring everyone, Finn, FP and PB, all together to bring this love triangle to a close (at least, it does love triangles well than Archie's Sonic to say the least <.< ) and bring Finn and FP back together from the looks of it (hopefully). Kinda hoping for a FP and Marceline encounter, but it doesn't look like it'll happen here, well, maybe.

Well, looks like Finn got dumped again and friendzoned by FP or now FK since she usurped her dad and now rules the Fire Kingdom, turning a kingdom based on 'Deception and Shakespeare' and one based on honesty. At least, it shows that she is a good and better ruler and that Finn did change her alignment into something better, hopefully. Yet brings another chapter of Finn's love life to a close as FK has now become an old flame, and that Finn will learn from his mistakes the next time around. Seriously, Jay T. Dawg...er, Jake needs to keep those trashy relationship books under lock and key from him. Still a good episode overall even if we didn't get to see the overthrow by FP and CB. Though it could become an episode that ties it in and shows it like how Princess Potluck is in relation to BMO Noire. 

 

Though it looks like Finn will be back into the dating scene once again, leaving us to guess who'll be the next GF for the adolescence, preferably someone who isn't bound by royalty this time around (Huntress Wizard maybe?). It seems the romance subplots are going to the backseat (thankfully (though still it's well-written than most others)) for awhile as we'll get into some more adventurous nonsense and more probable Ooo back-story with our two best bros, Finn and Jake!

 

Highlights: Jake's creepy butt eyes, Ice King's banana phone, Gunter with the Ice King crown and eventually creating Snoa Constrictors that they fight, FP and the spider, PB 'spying' on FP, Cinnamon bun's 'Jake', FP's babyhood back story, Finn and PB getting into the Fire Kingdom and interacting with the fire guardsmen, “Alright, you wanna get nasty? One time I blew a snot bubble that broke off and floated away, then it hit some lady’s baby in the face and it started crying.”

Magic Man returns once again to steal Jake's Greatest sandwich this episode. Really funny and good episode throughout too.

Highlights: BMO and Finn playing Finger Spread, Jake calling out to the Realm of Creation Above, Jake's ingredients including bird from the window, tears, and a lobster soul, “You stay away from my woman! Eh… my sandwich!”, Magic Man's riddle, "That's not even a riddle! It's wordplay at best!", “He’s not frozen, he’s super slow-mowzen. Motion.”, BMO's skateboard solution, “Wait wait wait. BMO, are you just making a skateboard video?”, Jake's failed attempt on making the sandwich and move on with the grieving process with bacon fat candles, Demon Juice, "Tree Trunks!? No man! Don't call Tree Trunks! What she gonna do? Bake an apple pie?", Jake's sad fantasy of his funeral and Lady Rainicorn moving on with Mr. Cupcake with an After Coffee title card, and Magic Man getting beat up in the end with Jake tearfully taking a bite out of the sandwich.

 

Also, the bad@$$ image of a skateboarding BMO with an explosion and bat beast in the background needs to be on a friggin' T-Shirt or poster pronto!
