So according to the creator, Twitch will go up through the gens, on each gen, we'll go through the game version hand-picked by him. I'm hoping he picks Emerald or Ruby for Gen 3!

There's been word he's putting direct control commands for touch-screen stuff, so don't count the DS games out of the picture.

 

Anyway, story-wise, I'd love it if he chose Emerald  for Gen 3; then we can eventually catch Rayquaza with a Master Ball before the post-game! 'Course reaching him at the the top of that tower's going to be quite the chore.

I could see it stopping at third gen, but fourth and fifth aren't completely impossible. We still don't need L/R/Select so it would remove the issue of soft reset still, Start would become pointless... he'd have to code in X/Y buttons, and the bottom screen would probably always be on screen but in a smaller window beside it, with the commands coming below it. All the other info runs across the top as usual. All touch screen controls can be done by button presses, right?
