Numskull looks set to release a brand new Classic Sonic figure-based advent calendar for 2023, following its innovative Sonic snowboard set from 2021. This time around, fans will be building up a festive Tails statue as they count down to Christmas.
Although no official announcement has been made yet, a page on retailer Amuzzi lists a "Sonic The Hedgehog: Tails Countdown Character Advent Calendar" as available for pre-order between 3rd September - 2nd December 2023. Just like the Sonic snowboard set before it, this will feature a "high quality figurine split into 24 pieces" with each piece revealed behind each door of the advent calendar.
As you can see, it looks incredibly adorable and well-made, and the full figure displays Classic Tails adventuring through the snow in a similar setting to 2021's Sonic Advent Calendar model. We like to think that Sonic is snowboarding in Ice Cap, and Tails is kicking it in Robotnik Winter though, just to mix it up a bit in our headcanon.
However you want to imagine the scene, you can seemingly pre-order it right now on the Amuzzi website, at its current price of £113 / €128 (which is quite a bit more expensive than the Sonic Calendar before it), or you can wait until it's formally announced and sold through the official SEGA Shop, where the pricing might be a little different.
