i think i remember in some interview that iizuka said the ranking system is being based on your score you obtain by using wisps and not only on your time

30 seconds of the beginning of the level; you start on some tall grass and run on the field for a few seconds, and it looks like you actually enter the mechanical road by jumping over a road rail, seemingly showing more road before-hand to the left?

and we were told that scoring would be a combination of items that ”might” include speed of level completion, points, shortcut usage and secret items found

Someone ACTUALLY managed to tune the voice clip of the Laser power-up to get the clearest one possible so it does indeed say "LAYZOR!!!".

I think he says "spin" with the drill. You can hear the voice clearly enough.

Actually, I barely hear anything from those videos. Anyway, that Sonic's voice (from the last video) sounds really weird isn`t it?

Also, that voice isn't Sonic's. It's the announcer's.

There's a little uncertainty about who's voice it is, but I'm positive it's an announcer and not Sonic. His new VA doesn't sound like that at all.
