Weird that there is a pre order bonus leaked, they even revealed it, but you can't pre order yet and they didn't even announce a release date at the central, even though a placeholder one leaked too.

A 2D Sonic game with fully-featured co-op is the exact kind of game me and my sister would have poured countless hours into as kids back on the PlayStation 2. Seeing something like this be realized nowadays makes me pretty excited. Honestly, I had no idea I even wanted a 2.5D, Kirby's Return to Dream Land/Donkey Kong Country Returns-esque Sonic game until I saw this, but now that I have, I really want to play this once it's been released. Hey, who says this isn't also the kind of game we can also play a lot of as adults on the PlayStation 4?

Sonic The Hedgehog X hell yeah, all we need now is wall jumping (mighty, anyone?)

Feel like an air dash may take away some of the knowledge-based skill classic level design tends to have, but since it's an emerald power maybe it'll be nerfed through a recharge time or so
