I not have a life at all and I can not even play the game because of lag. I not even have a computer. I think that I can confirm that this is officially a rich persons game since no poor person can ever play this game with 5 measly red rings per episode in my opinion.

All freemium games are ridiculously overpriced - anyone who buys into purchasing their insane digital currency will just lose out. It's even weirder in Runners because in most other titles premium currency guarantees you perks (better weapons, faster building, quick skill gain, etc.) but in Runners it only offers you more chances to spin a luck based wheel. 

 

It's basically Casino Night with real money on your iPhone.

For someone throwing the rules around, you sure missed the one (which is underlined no less) that says constantly backseat moderating is actually punishable by a fucking ban. If your member banner ain't orange, make a report and stay out of it. Also, cool your tone.

 

Second, Aries, you've got a strike and you're gone for two weeks. I've had it with you constantly fucking up this thread with your irrelevant, personal outbursts over a mobile game.

 

BlueParadox, you telling Aries to go see psychiatric help, even if coming from a place of help, is out of line for the scope of this thread and thus crosses the territory into an insult. Unless someone is in the personal forum spilling out a problem, telling someone to go see a shrink isn't needed. Report posts like that in the future instead. Another such post in the future will result in a strike.

 

Also, the constant complaining that you have to be rich to enjoy this game stops now. While it is a freemium game, the insinuation is unfair to the players here who are doing well without spending real currency, it causes needless hostility, and is just generally defeatist in the most annoying, persecuted way possible. If you're having trouble progressing at the speed you'd like to, ask people for tips and practice instead of whining about the fact that a freemium game is acting like a freemium game. That will in turn be punishable by mod action in the future if I see it or it's reported again.

I didn't spend a dime in the game store.  The premium store and the way lives were shortened to 3 and the timer increased is to incentivize people to buy red rings and life tokens.  But all of these are available through waiting on timers.  I'm patient enough to wait it out and grind without spending anything.

So I got over 8000 pieces of cake on one run. Using this method:

 

Characters: Sonic (Main), Tails (Sub)

Buddies: Cartridge (Lvl 1 but it doesn't really affect the method other than a slight boost in items), Chip (20 Second Dash)

Revives: Only use the free video revive

Power Up: Just the Sub Character power up that allows two characters in the game

And using my method, I just got 10,285 pieces of cake in just one run.

Is there any way ( without story/ daily challenge) to get red star rings?

If you rate it on the App Store/Google Play, you get 50 free RSR.

 

Other than that, the only other method currently is by playing the event and collecting enough cake to win RSR's or getting lucky and knocking one out of Eggman during the Eggman sections of a run.

OR using the shop.  But yeah, clearing an episode, completing daily/special events, random drops, and the shop are your options.  I've collected enough using the first 3 options and they are your only options if you don't want to spend money.

I have Tails, so 4 lives but i dont know who the other companion shoul be.Also i have 9 eggs and 118 rsr, after i rate i will have 3 chances + 1 ohter egg if in my current episode is a boss.After a get those should i risk?

It doesn't really matter who the second companion is. As long as you have the cartridge buddy active as it boosts the cakes you collect, which is all you need for the event.

Good work. That means you can use my method 100%, since I've been using Chip and the Lvl 1 Cartridge.

Wait, can you use free revive every time or is it limited because i cant use it today anymore...

It's limited to a certain amount per day. If you really want to, you can use RSRs to revive, but I'd recommend just ending the game when you die and play again from the start.
