You're stuck with them, unfortunately. I've heard you can contact support to get them removed, but support isn't active with the Cronoavirus pandemic ongoing.

Well damn that’s pretty shitty since it isn’t the players fault here. Simply using the PS+ system as intended actively screwing you out of this offer shouldn’t be a thing

I know that apparently it was a free trial, but you should be able to play the whole game before May 6th. 

Make sure you downloaded the right thing - you need to specifically search for Hitman the Complete Season, as I'm fairly certain the prologue of the game has been available freely for ages.

Ok, maybe everyone found out about this...but just in case someone didin't...you can get GTA V on the Epic Games store FREE until May 21st. Si if you've been wanting to get it or weren't sure and wanted to give it a try, this is the chance.
