Games such as Sonic Labyrinth, on the other hand, deserve to be hated because its controls, pace, graphics, and music (to an extent) are terrible. If anything, it's underrated because it isn't hated enough.

It's controls are fine, speed doesn't make a Sonic game, graphics don't make a game, and if you hate the music that's actually quiet and ignorable turn down your volume.

Knuckles Chaotix is seriously underrated, but not really for the level design. It's the alternate gameplay. Sonic 3 & Knuckles's extra characters are basically the same with the exception of an added moveset, a different skin, and some changes in the level design (for Knuckles, much more so than Sonic & Tails). These characters have gameplay that all relate to one another, but separate just enough to give them individual identities. Personally, it's the first Sonic-'verse game on a home console to successfully execute alternate gameplay.

I've already explained how the characters are pretty different from one another.

Sonic Jam — the compiliation — ISN'T hated by the fandom. The problem is that it was sold on the Sega Saturn and didn't have a great turnout. But it's a great compiliation, the best one if you ask me. It's just not as well-known compared to the Sonic Mega Collection. You're thinking of Sonic Jam from Game.com, which is a completely different game and isn't a compiliation.

I actually got that from Deviant Art. Allot of people on that site hate Sonic Jam, but I guess it doesn't exactly count because they're idiots.

At least the Classic's goal was fun.

Knuckles Chaotix

Knuckles Chaotix is a great game, I don't know how you could hate it. Knuckles Chaotix has awesome level design,

Repeated usage of vertical half pipes, stages like Techno Tower that can be completed by getting a monitor that makes you big so you can jump your way to the goal because the stage is laid out vertically and a lot of steep inclines doesn't make good level design.

OH, PLEASE. This game was the only Sonic racing game that got the concept correctly. A Sonic racing game should have Sonic and friends running on FOOT not driving in a car and ripping off Mario Kart in every part of the game *cough*Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing*cough*.

Yes, because racing on foot is an identical skill to driving a vehicle isn't it? Sonic R isn't superior to SSASR just because the characters run on foot in any way, shape or form and if anything, the characters who run on foot actually break the game because they are faster and more manevourable than Amy and Eggman.

Sonic Spin Ball

I don't know what's so bad about Sonic Spin Ball.

- Screwed physics when Sonic isn't in a ball

- Horrible grimy inappropriate visuals, horrifically ugly sprites

- Unexceptional soundtrack

- Overly difficult and finicky table layouts and gimmicks

- Lack of replayability

Sonic Labyrinth is only hated because of "the game doesn't go fast"

Labyrinth is hated because it's a pointless game that is insanely boring, stupidly hard and has a ridiculous premise.

People say Sonic Blast is only bad because "it's a slow piece of shit" when OF COURSE it's going to be slow.

People hate it because it's the very definition of a clumsy Sonic game, has the ugliest sprites and visuals of any Sonic game and has level design that constantly flips the bird at you. Any one who has played Blue Marine and Silver Castle zones can attest to this.
