  • Sonic X Merchandise Revealed By SEGA Toys

    SEGA Toys has launched a series of Sonic X branded products for the Japanese market. Three items are now available via the official SEGA Toys website or in various toy stores across the country, ranging from plushes, figure collections and desktop battlers.

    The Sonic X desktop battler uses a pen-shaped controller that moves a miniature character around your desk using infrared communication. Up to four people can play at the same time, but it seems that only two characters are available right now - Sonic and Knuckles. Price is ¥2,604 each.

    The other two products are a series of Sonic X character plush toys (Sonic, Tails and Knuckles are available now) for ¥1,050 each, and a blind box figure series where you can collect 11 different characters (including secret ones). It comes with a transparent figure stage, apparently, and each box costs ¥315 each.

    You can check out these toys via the SEGA Toys Japan website - we're not sure if it ships to the West, but give it a try and see what happens!
