  • PSA: Trove of Supposed Sonic 3 Movie Storyboards Are Circulating Online

    It's out there, so be cautious if you care about spoilers.

    This evening, a set of three PDFs have been shared across social media, presented as storyboard from Paramount's Sonic the Hedgehog 3 that were leaked by an employee. We have not yet been able to confirm the source of these files (and thus are considering them rumor out of an abundance of caution, we've seen fake storyboard leaks for the movie hit the internet before), but both the scope and quality certainly suggest authenticity.

    While we continue to investigate this, we have opted to share no links, images, or summary of this content. However, as many in our audience wish to avoid spoilers, we wanted to ensure that people are aware that the content is out there. If we opt to report on this content in the future, we will do so with sensitivity for that audience.

    The Sonic Stadium may link to retailers and earn a small commission on purchases made from users who click those links.     I wonder why these storyboards keep getting leaked?  The same thing happened to the second movie.

    Whelp, someone's probably getting fired. I caught a glimpse of the storyboard and decided not to look into it too much. Unfortunately it looks like they spoiled the climax portion of the film so that's really crappy of them.

    it makes me wonder if these storyboards are old or if this is still recent work. it seems late for storyboarding. maybe we'll hear about a delay to 2025 :knuxing:

    Tbh, i can see how this 'spoils' the story of film for some....but i think for many of us on here, we know the general direction this story is headed to  as we are pretty hardcore fans. 

    Its more that thede things end up spoiling my enjoyment of the film makers' interpretation of the game / games' story / stories.

    That said....i looked. Lol

    If its true....im very hyped. If its not....its a cool interpretation.

    I don't know whether to get more excited, or to be disappointed that these leaks happened.

    Ah well, At least it got people talking about the movie!

    I mean I need a lot of self control to not look them up on google right now.  Most of it is being taken down by Paramount anyways.

    Honestly, I don't even look at these leaks.  I just want to go into this movie blind and be surprised by what the movie has in store for me.
