I think I've been listening to this one song for days. It's called "Evolution", and it's from djent/progressive metal Indian/British/American outfit Skyharbor. While many of their peers in subgenre tend to gravitate to more aggressive rhythms, Skyharbor, like their French counterparts in Uneven Structure, are largely melodic, ambient and atmospheric. They almost never utilize harsh vocals, so their vocalist, Daniel Tompkins (ex-Tesseract), really shines with his angelic voice. God, I love hearing his singing voice. I know one man rarely, if ever, makes a band, but his voice is so incredibly lush and vibrant that it gives me goosebumps! Plus, it doesn't hurt for him to be a gorgeous human being, too; but that's just me being shallow, LOL! Anyway, here is the song if you're feeling adventurous:
