Just a quick reminder to everyone that for those of you who are concerned about missing out on questions for whatever reason, should put an end to your worries. In other words, for instance, if you need to make up for question 1 due to missing out on it, then you can do just that during question 2 (provided that you do it all in the same post since, again, it's easier to keep track of that way). If there's anything else that you're still unsure or concerned about, then feel free to PM either myself or Kiah, and we'll do our best to sort things out with you. :)

Anyway... *ahem*...

Question #2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

Pastaland.JPG

"I think we finally found a place that could make me happier than DeviantART!"

As the series has went on, Earth/Mobius/Planet Freedom/Pismo Beach has consisted of many hillsides, cities, and all kinds of landscapes and compounds that have proven themselves to be endearing to audiences. There may be a few places that heavily resemble areas from our very own version of the big blue globe, like City Escape and almost everywhere in Sonic Unleashed, but sometimes things get a little more out there in Sonic's own world. Whether it's out of curiosity or simply how nice they look, I don't think I would be jumping to conclusions if I were to say that some of us would like to visit some of these memorable locations if it were possible. So let's say you were allowed to do that, but only with three zones/islands/dimensions/whatever. How would you spend this offer? Where would you go?

NOTE: If you only have one or two choices instead of three, that's okay compadre.

Crusher's Thoughts: Gonna be honest with you guys, this one was a toughie for me. Tougher than it should have been. The Sonic universe and all it's colorful variation within the scenery is one of the reasons for why it's one of my favourite fictional worlds, so as a result, picking only three choices for this question took longer for me than what would generally be considered reasonable for a hypothetical question about a fictional character's universe. The iconic Green Hill, the mysterious Lost World, Twinkle Snow's arctic landscape, the backdrop of Sylvania Castle, Erazor Qui-Gon Djinn's shiny Night Palace, Robotnik's slightly less shiny Eggmanland, the bouncy fun of the Music Plant, Westside Island's own Hidden Palace, Rusty Ruin's ancient relics, everywhere within the Incredible Intersteller Amusement Park... and all that's without adding Blaze's own world and what that brings into the selection, such as Sky Babylon. There were so many choices for me to choose from, but after all the back and forth decisions, I finally settled with these three:

First, I'd head off to Angel Island, and look around in every single part of it. Hydrocity, Mushroom Hill, Ice Cap, even the underdog Marble Garden (hey, I like Marble Garden), I'll take a gander at all of it. Angel Island's a grand place full of memorable sights, so why would I miss out on any of it? Granted, I would have to make sure not to get lava-dunked in Lava Reef, but fortunately you're able to stand right next to lava and be completely fine in universes that don't actually exist, so I should be okay.

Then, I would cool off and take a trip to Twinkle Park. It always seemed like such a lovely and cozy place to me (well, for the most part...), so I'm sure it would do the likes of me just fine.

And finally... Little Planet. There's something unique about that place. As crazy as it may seem on the outside, with all it's pink pinball grasslands and machinery-ridden deserts, there's also a strange marvel and elegance to it all, Stardust Speedway's dazzling lights and starlit skies, and Quartz Quadrant's crystals and gentle lakes being perfect examples of such. There's something very dreamlike about the Little Planet in general, and I like it. I like it a lot.

So with that out of the way, you may now post awaaaaaayyyy!~

I'd probably like to go to South Island and see Spring Yard and Star Light. The latter especially just made me love cities at night. Angel Island would also be pretty cool, especially Hydrocity and Sky Sanctuary. The last one... it's a toss-up between Westside Island and the Lost Hex. For the former, Casino Night's city looks interesting to live in, as well as Chemical Plant and Aquatic Ruin. The latter, I suppose Silent Forest or Frozen Factory would suit my tastes... but I don't think the natives take kindly to tourists :U

Question 2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

First, I'd like to relax on the sunny beaches of Emerald Coast, it looks like such a nice relaxing area in the Sonic universe for just relaxing and chilling out. Along with the fact it looks like it'd just be a fun place to visit.

Secondly, I'd like to visit Twinkle Park because the place just looks like a really cool and fun amusement park for Sonic standards, with the amazing music, and it overall just looks like it'd be a nice and relaxing place to visit.

Lastly, I'd like to visit Angel Island just because a lot of the areas up around there seem pretty cool. There seems to be a bunch of really cool places to explore, like snowboarding in Ice Cap Zone, or seeing the beauty of Angel Island Zone.

Day 2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

Honestly, it all looks like a nightmare for non-powered folk to traverse. :/

But if you want three...

1. Music Plant Zone; Geebus, this place looks so fun and colourful. Imagine walking anywhere and producing music, bouncing around in a technicolour wonderland as you make melodies. I like fun places!

2. Seaside Hill; I genuinely like to be near the water so coasts and river are a good thing in my book. I would go for a seaside fair level if there was one, but since Sonic isn't see in Llandudno or Rhyl then just appreciating the sea on the beach is good enough. Plus I can go nature observing by finding hermit crabs.

3. White Park Zone; Hold any opinion of Sonic 4 you like, but I'd find it hard to argue against White Park Zone being one of the more creative levels. It's one of those cheesy winter wonderland places I might find in Derby town centre at Christmas time and I love it.

My favorite cover would probably be SA2's. It depicts the theme of the game perfectly, with both sides contrasting each other nicely. It's a simple design, but as the saying goes, perfection is not when there is nothing left to add, but nothing left to take away.

30 Days of Sonic Act 2 Day 2: Where in Sonic's World would you go to on a vacation?

I would go to Green Hill because It's beautiful with all the waterfalls and the grass everywhere, then I'd go have a look in Angel Island because the island itself is beautiful. Then, Finally, I'd go to Emerald Coast because of the relaxing daylight sun and rest in it to complete my vacation on a high note.

Question 2: Where would I go on holiday?

Let's begin my travels to Emerald Coast. Brilliant blue sky, beautiful sea view, soft sand below my feet and Orca's in the ocean to watch. Yeah, this would be a good start. Next would be Apotos which is one of the most beautiful places in all video games. Shiny white buildings, sea view to take the breath away and wonderful Ice Cream Sundaes! Lastly, let's go to Night Palace. Standing among the clouds, seeing an expansive world below, a stunning palace before me with a mysterious space view. These would make some astonishing places to visit.

Question 2: THREE Places you would go on vacation in Sonic's world

The first is Angel Island Zone

013.png

I have a soft spot for Jungles and tropical areas, so I would be chillin around lookin at the trees. It would be stunning to climb up some of those huge trees and stare out over the ocean thousands of feet over it.

Imagine the spray you would feel while standing adjacent to one of the enormous waterfalls, which would stretch hundreds of feet tall against the tall orange and green plateaus.

It would be awesome to see what sunset would look like here too. The low orange sky dissolving into Cyan and then darker Blue as the treeline becomes a dark silhouette, as you sit around a campfire on one of the taller rocky formations.

Then the next morning you can walk on the white sands of the beach, as the island ends right at your feet.

The second is Emerald Hill Zone

stage_ehzboss.png

Take a nice jog on the tall green grass as palm trees tower over you and the green savanna climaxes as the rolling hills of Westside Island move closer to the deep ocean, as orange islands, also tropical, make a beautiful backdrop and stand out against the flat blue sea. The clouds reflect sharply on the water.

Like Angel Island zone, this place would be awesome to see at sunset and sunrise as the Palm trees are black silhouettes against the blazing yellow sky.

The third is Quartz Quadrant Good Future

SEGACD--Sonic%20CD%20european%20version_

Those awesome futuristic blue and gold buildings in the foreground, as a wall of green plants and tall palm trees rise parallel to each other and the background climaxes at the indigo mountains and plateaus with an azure sky... a pretty awesome view.

This Zone seems like it would be pretty fancy, so there would be a nice hotel to visit nearby , and you could spend the day walking around this tropical paradise.

It would be heaven if the Good Future music would play here too.

All three seem to be very relaxed zones which give good vibes.

Honarable mention: Past Palmtree Panic.

palmtree-panic-past.png

I like the more primitive and relaxed feel of this compared to the present and future, with that wild jungle thriving under those purple mountains. I love the faded orange tint of the plateaus and the turquoise sky. The music and the tropical simplistic feel and the colours almost remind me of being at some tropical resort in the 70s or something.

Question #2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

Hmm, tough one but I think I can narrow it down to three places:

Location 1: Seaside Hill

I don't really to get anywhere "beach-like" much, but when I do, I have fun with the water and the sand.

The reason I choose this over some place like Emerald Coast is because this also have a lot of interesting ancient ruins to explore if I ever want to have an adventure, plus, I have a chance to meet giant turtles, I already love small turtles so I would adore big ones.

The only downside is those stone death traps, all that sun and fun is gone when you're flattened like a pancake.

Location 2: Casinopolis

While many would choose Twinkle Park as the "fun place" from Sonic Adventure to go, I'm going to Casinopolis because I'm afraid of roller coasters and the last time I rode a cart didn't end well.

There's plenty of pretty sights to see in the main area, such as the giant golden Sonic statue(assuming it's not broken by Knuckles) the ring gathering room, and those flashy signs advertising the pinball games.

Speaking of the pinball games, while I can't say much for the Sonic one, floating aside Nights sounds like a dream come true, even if it does end with you in the sewers.

Location 3: Pre or Post Colors Planet Wisp

No offense, Eggman, but I don't  want  to go to a planet with   your constructions  messing with it, I do want to go to a beautiful alien planet though.

I can hang out with all the Wisps just floating around, maybe give them a high five or two, explore big fields of green and encounter awesome alien plant life.

Of all the three places I want to go to, this is the one I want to go to the most, this planet is just so pretty.

Oh, a vacation in any Sonic location? Hmm...

Sweet Mountain. Like, holy hell man, a whole theme park that's nothing but sweets? I might need to sneak a lot of insulin into the park, but it sounds like that'd be super fun. ...Eggman's comedic sociopathic disregard for guest's safety aside.

Green Hill gets a special mention due to its unique designs, never mind how gorgeous it looks as of Generations.

Last but not least, Angel Island. A vacation in the sky is exotic enough, but the fact it has pretty much every biome imaginable means it'd be one heck of a place to stay.

Honorary mentions: a lot of Unleashed stages, but since those are very closely based off real locations (just look at the totally original flag designs) it's kind of cheating in my view.

DAY TWO: VACATION

Oh, I've got so many places in mind to stick around for a vacation! But since you only want three, I'll take the first three that come to my mind:

  • Emerald Coast/Station Square: For some reason, this place just seems like a nice spot to relax in. It's got a nice beach, a Casino, a theme park, and these are all next to a hotel. It's pretty much Sonic's west coast city, and I'd love to stick around there.
  • Angel Island: Gonna mimic what Crusher said here, Angel Island's a big place. It's got ruins, sky havens, forests with...scarily large mushrooms. This place is filled to the brim with adventure and sights to see. Hopefully unlike Sonic's run in, the island will still be floating and not under the attack of a mad egg shaped scientist.
  • Metal City: While it probably doesn't have any of the quirks Station Square may have, Metal City is a technological paradise. I've always been a sucker for futuristic metropolises, and since this one isn't under the rule of previously stated egg shaped lunatic, it makes it even better for people to actually live in it! The only bad thing that could happen would be to actually get caught in the middle of one of those hoverboard races while trying to go on with your day.

Day 2: Klonoa's Amazing Sonic-related Summer Vacation

I would start my fantastic trip by heading out to Eggman's Incredible Interstellar Amusement Park. Because, amusement parks! The designs of all of the intergalactic chained planets are beautiful, sweet, and very vivid-like. Sure, there's probably some evil plot behind the whole thing, but they're all places I would totally visit to chill at. Come on, a intergalactic roller coaster and a mountain of sweets? Now you're talking.

Then, i'd had to the Emerald Coast, which is a verrryyyy popular decision. It's a nice beach that's both a great setup for a level and a great place for anybody to stay at. It's also next to a large city (With a somewhat sizable shopping district) and Twinkle Park. That would totally be a great place to stay at.

A lot of the locations in Unleashed would be great places for a vacation but Apotos wouldn't be a bad place to go to for my final stop. It's got nice architecture and just looks like a beautiful place to walk around. Level design wise, it's one of the coolest places to set a Sonic game in, and the night levels really establish just how beautiful the place looks at night. Plus, there's a guy there that sells Chocolate Chipped Cream Sundae Supreme! Sounds awesome, except I actually don't like chocolate, so I'll ask for a scoop without any Chocolate Chips :P

Okay, my three ideal Sonic vacation spots would be...

v6iwdy.jpg

Frog Forest

I'm a huge fan of rainy days. I just love the atmosphere from being all warm and cozy inside your home as cold rain pours on to your house outside. So an area where you could instantly make it rain by simply approaching a frog? Awesome! Though not what many people would consider a great place to take a trip, I'd just love to build a little vacation home on one of the non-infinitely-growing spots and just go about my regular business as the rain falls. Plus, if I get bored inside, I can try to spot one of the native giant frogs. (Though, I'd probably need to put my house on a strong enough surface so they couldn't instantly destroy it by hopping into it.)

sqh6c4.jpg

Dr. Eggman's Amazing Interstellar Amusement Park

Though morally questionable, there's no doubt that there's a lot of fun to be had at Eggman's park. A water park with an aquarium built in? Check. A spectacular lightshow in space? Check. An entire land made out of food? CHECK. The only real hazards would be the sketchy quality of Eggman's rides and services (See the amazing PA announcements) aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand Terminal Velocity. Yeah, that'd probably hurt.

2mpepea.jpg

Mystic Ruins

This would be a fun place to just run around and explore. You could head for colder climates in Ice Cap, chill out by the waterfall, investigate ancient Echidna ruins, pay Dr. Eggman a visit (Or at least Metal Sonic and Silver Sonic II), and best of all, HANG OUT WITH BIG AND FROGGY. A windy and sunny day, indeed.

Ayyy, let's do this!

Question Numero Dos: If you could take a place in three settings in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

1_by_xxjjamyxx-d5o1m5n.jpg

For the first location, it'd no doubt be Apotos for me. When I played Sonic Unleashed for the first time, it really struck me how welcoming and cosy this town felt, even with places like Spagonia and Empire City to compete. It's just one of those places that feels like it would make for a very nice vacation to me. The sun mixed with a gentle breeze, the friendly and always helpful locales, decadent food (don't tell me you didn't want to try out that ice cream Chip was so adamant about getting near the beginning), and just the beautiful scenery to look around at generally, and there's even the seaside as well.

There's also the seagulls, but they'd probably poop on me.

MetalCitySFR.jpg

Second up, Metal City from Sonic Riders. Let's all be honest here, who wouldn't take a vacation in a futuristic city for at least a small bit? It'd be worth staring in awe in everything around you, like if New York City was fast-forwarded whoever knows how long from now. Metal City is one of the most appealing places in the first Riders game and its remade version in Free Riders, and it's one of those places where I wanna look around and see what it has to offer. Plus, transportation and such that floats above the ground would be pretty convenient in of itself. The huge digital billboards around the town are cool as hell too.

nv60CEr.jpg

Bruh. Motherfucking Night Palace. I actually had in mind going to Dinosaur Jungle for a nice vaycay, but I'd rather not have my life at risk by being trampled or ripped to shreds violently by prehistoric reptiles. So I looked to somewhere else I thought would make for an awesome vacation spot, and Night Palace no doubt fits the bill. With Erazor gone and all his minions wouldn't be all over this place, and it's just such a beautiful and intricate place overall, you all know how the interior looks, right?

Day 2 - What three locations from the series would you visit on a vacation?

Angel Island Zone immediately comes to mind.

s3-aiz-summaryimg.png

It looks very lush and tropical, and it seems isolated and relaxing - honestly, if I go on a vacation, I don't want to be crowded with people. Scenic, yet peaceful. That's basically everything I would want from a vacation spot. Traversing it would be a pain in the ass, but the same goes for any of these potential vacation spots, eh? :P

Sky Sanctuary is another one that looks nice and peaceful.

sky-sanctuary-modern-sonic.jpg

The architecture is gorgeous, and it's even more isolated than Angel Island. It seems like it'd be a nice place to just lay down on the ground and look up above at the sky - certainly not a nice place to look down from, though. It loses points for that.

Lastly, Seaside Hill.

seaside-hill-modern-sonic-3.jpg

This one is on par with Angel Island in terms of being scenic, but instead of being a tropical jungle it's a large stretch of beautiful white sand beaches. Warm, sunny, and I would feel strangely at ease getting in the shallow parts of the water in case the tempature got too hot. This is a definite visit from me.

So yeahh. Not the most original of choices from me today, but being scenic and serene is pretty important to me in regards to the question posed, so not much I could do xP

Question #2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

1) Apotos

20080318-103524-000004.jpg

A beautiful seaside city; crystalline seas, lush green scenery and its Greek-influence makes this location a perfect pick for a summer vacation. When I first played this level I was completely amazed by the vibrant colors and lighting running through it. While Sonic's romps though it are often quick and speedy, the townsfolk enjoy walks down the many smoothly paved walkways taking in the city's natural beauty. It offers an amazing view of the vast sea that lies beyond the city; which can be prime for beach-going and fishing.  Truly one of the best places to spend a summer or two there. Not only that; the nooks and crannies of this town looks to be quite fun to explore and traverse.

2) Grand Metropolis

Art_stg03_04.jpg

Now I can talk about a location from my favorite Sonic game!

Seriously, this stage caught my eye immediately when I played it for the first time; it really reminded me of New York City, but all colorful and futurized. It's no wonder why I put it as one my favorite level tropes ever (I remember making a very good post about Grand Metropolis in the first 30 Days thread). Crazy high-rise architecture, hover-cars traversing through the skyline (which looks beautiful might I add), the overall feeling of this sprawling city just overtakes me with a sense of adventure and awe.

3) Adabat (Gotta use a fan-made pic; can't find a good one of the game)

welcome_to_adabat__by_itshelias94-d6yw9r

This location reminds me of my family home; the Caribbean. The sandy white beaches and the rainforest-like environments with roaring waterfalls all remind me of the time I visited the West Indies over a decade ago. If you want tranquility hand-in-hand with a sense of adventure. Did I forget to mention the BEAUTIFUL sunset? Sorry about that...no really look at that brilliant sunset. Again it reminds me of the Caribbean. Can have a very nice cookout under a setting on on a lovely beach-side setting.

Day 2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

There are plenty of beautiful places in many of the modern games, and it's kinda hard for me to choose 3, but here goes my faves in no particular order:

#1: Soleanna (No, it's not just because I like 06! :U )

For one, the town of Soleanna looks really nice. Both New City, and the Castle Town. (I guess parts of Wave Ocean as well while I'm at it)

town_new_01.jpg

town_forest_02.jpg

There are plenty of large architectures in the Soleanna forest as well. With so many sights to see, and such a great ocean view, the place seems pretty calming and serene. From what I've seen in the game, it looks like there's plenty of fancy restaurants there too, and I love to eat. I probably wouldn't mind rowing down a river as well. I could live my whole life there, and I would be happy........ Unless a Tsunami hits the place, in which case, I'm outta there.

#2: The Land of the Sky

Although I'm deathly afraid of heights, the land of the sky happens to have that Super High Technological civilization going on that is coupled with the lush, and florally magnificent foliage of Sonic 1's green hill zone.

South_Island_movie.png 013.jpg

I'd also really enjoy living among the plentiful amount of anthros that inhabit the place. It's at least 3 of Sonic's most visited settings wrapped into one, and I would love every minute being there. I might even like to explore the Land of Darkness below the surface, with the proper precautions of course. =P

#3: Adabat

It was honestly hard for me to pick any one place in Sonic Unleashed because they all ooze so much wonder and beauty in such a subtle fashion, but overall, Adabat really won me over.

sonic_unleashed_adabat_hub_world_by_shag

It's probably because I absolutely adore the caribbean, and any water-like landscape, but yeah, it's a pretty chill place. I could imagine scuba diving, and checking out the coral reefs that happen to be next to the many inhabitable islands. Not only that, but there's so many amazing geographical structures that are pretty captivating.

Question #2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

This is an interesting question, because most of my favorite levels in the series have elements that would prove potentially hazardous or fatal. Hydrocity would probably look amazing as a real life underground temple, but even without the traps the amount of water there is deadly to someone like me who can't even tread the stuff. I'm also trying to choose areas that would have some element of westernization in them because- I'm sorry- but I'm not about to worry myself about lack of food, lack of toilet paper, or an excess of dysentery. I have standards. D8

1. Station Square

Station_Square_skyline.png

Why a normal looking city when we have tons of normal looking cities on Earth already? Honestly, because it seems the most inviting to people who don't have the physical capabilities of a Sonic character. Awesome beachfront hotels where dolphins and killer whales are a constant sight, Twinkle Park is there (none of you are going to lie and tell me you don't want to race around in hovering go-karts), there's a casino with pinball machines if that's your deal, and there's a cool train over the ocean that takes you out to the Echidna ruins where you can explore around and learn some fancy history, or visit Tails' workshop to see if he's in if you want to deviate from your scheduled tour. And considering how big it actually is, who knows what else is there to check out? Hell, after Chaos ripped the place apart, they probably put together some awesome survival playground for adults or something in a torn-down district. But honestly, for someone like me, I'd be perfectly happy blowing money to ride Twinkle Park's go-karts all weekend.

2. Shamar

Day_Shamar_Hub_1.png

This is probably an even weirder choice because Shamar isn't really known for its looks or anything like that. Seriously, it's a desert, and at most you might find a small oasis here and there. It's also naturally hot, and ironically I absolutely hate the heat. So why in the world would I ever decide to travel here? One, it's another tourist mecca, so I imagine there's plenty of shops, entertainment, and good food to experience (I want to see know what an everlasting, elastic ice cream tastes like). Also, to temper the heat and to satisfy my curiosity on an element Unleashed mentioned but never really elaborated on too much, I'd go there during their Hallowmoon festival. It's said that people basically switch their day and night routines. While it's mainly a thing of worship, I also can't help but feel such an event that's so steeped in religion and personal dedication to the point of switching up people's entire waking lives has further cultural traditions that would be fun for a newcomer to take part in. Seriously, imagine the festivals going on, especially if it's feasible that Shamar has unseen metropolis areas like Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

3. Aquarium Park

Aquarium_Park_-_Screenshot_-_%285%29.jpg

I know I just said I wouldn't visit areas with lots of water, but I'm counting Aquarium Park because of the "Aquarium" bit, mainly that all of the water for the public is presumably behind glass or in tanks and thus controlled to prevent unwanted entry (although any Eggman-controlled area would need some serious positive reviews on Yelp before I braved it). For one, I like classic Japanese architecture, and this area seems the closest in the franchise to capturing a little bit of Japan's age-old traditions and beauty. Also, I recently discovered after my first trip to the Georgia Aquarium that, well, I actually like visiting them! Wildlife is awesome to me, and marine life is no exception. Colorful bony fish, sharks, dolphins, whales, eels, starfish, jellyfish, otters and penguins- I'd love to see them all again, and considering Aquarium Park is on another planet it'd probably be the chance to see alien wildlife up close too!

Question 2: Where Would You Go On Holiday in Mobius?

I'd choose to go to Kingdom Valley. Such beautiful ruins and waterfalls. I'd love to explore them to find out more.

I'd also probably go to Frog Forest. Mainly because of childhood memories of the level filled with giant frogs, rain, and grind rails.

Day 1: Which game has your top favourite boxart?

Sonic 3 because it was the first video game that I had when little. It always screamed to me that I had the ultimate Sonic game ever made.

Question #2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

This was hard to narrow down.

1st Angel Island Zone because it is such nice place. You got water and nice trees and is nice place to be vacation.

2nd Azure Lake because it peaceful and has nice water and looks like post card picture. I like the nature of it.

3rd Carnival Night Zone because the place is fun with lots of things there. It has many things to use.

I apologize if my post is way short here.

I thought this was supposed to start June 1st not May 31st and is the time fixed on UTC standard time than?

Question #2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

#1 Well I would choose to go to City Escape from Sonic Adventure 2. Because that setting seems very realistic because it's based off of San Francisco. It would be awesome! Because I get to runaway from the Gun truck.

#2 Emerald Coast would be my second choice. Because I love the beach not only that, it's also very tropical which is awesome. On another note it has a sea or ocean that I can swim it.

#3 Green Hill Zone! Why? Because I would love just to see where Sonic grew up and where it all began. Maybe I would also get to meet Sonic now that's a vacation I can get down with!

Day 2: If you could take a vacation in THREE settings/zones/etc in Sonic's universe, where would you go?

Uhh...in reality? Cause' I'd much rather run around the real world as Sonic than the Sonic world as a human. But for my first pick, I'd have to say...

Sky sanctuary. This seems like the best place dor scenic views and unearthing ancient treasure. I loved the more cyberpunk-ish parts of it in Generations, too. Makes me feel like the Pachacamach and Nocturnus once lived as a single clan.

Secondly, I'd have to go for Hill Top Zone. Again, high up, big vistas, Xenoblade etc. It just looks cool.

Thirdly...Cool Edge. I feel like I'm the only person in existence who doesn't mind ice physics when they're in a beautiful level. Now, that's literally all of Sonic Unleashed control-wise, but it's most prevalent in Holoska because the ice physics are INTENTIONAL. But hey, it's got bloom as fuck, so I'll take it, and count on it not being overcast when I get there.
