Sonic's hardly popular enough to get a TV show, it'd be nice if he did, but it just isn't happening, at least anytime soon anyway.

Sonic X's staying power would disagree with you on that. I've seen the numbers those reruns get and, considering the network is on basic channels, those numbers are impressive.

2) It being originally on 4kids doesn't change the fact it's been years since the show ended, and for it to continue garnering such ratings on basic television is impressive. Even more impressive considering Saturday morning blocks like 4kids have all but vanished off the map.
