  • TSS Update: New Encyclopedia, IRC Chat, and SSA!

    The Encyclopedia has been re-opened at long long last!

    First off, after trying to get the hang of mySQL, the new Encyclopedia is finished. Not complete yet though, so we're constantly adding new entries to the database. Go and see for yourself. :P

    Second, we added a new IRC Chat Room the other week. After a period of dead space, it seems that visitors are noticing and getting interested in the chat, which is great news! Make sure you log in and idle there - just keep the window open while on the internet - that makes the place more lively.

    Finally, the response to the Sonic Site Awards 2003 has been overwhelming this far! The closing date for votes for PHASE II is the 29TH SEPTEMBER 2003! So make sure you make that final push for your favourite site or person for these last few days! Every vote counts!

    I'll be taking a short break while I prepare for University (which starts on the 30th September), so Sonic_Hedgehogs will be taking the reigns from me for a short while. Don't worry, your favourite Sonic source will return back to normality soon - I just need a break x_x Three years working on a site can really do you in. Also, I need to get accustomed to Uni life without a fansite getting in the way ;)

    Dude, stop blaming me already =_= All I found on the FTP were those files - it's hard to find something when you name them completely different things. x_X It's hardly my fault now is it? Besides, most of it kinda needs re-writing anyways. :P

    Yeah, annoying isn't it? Bear with us though, because the main aim was to get the thing online. You'll see changes to the encyclopedia entries over the next week or so, because most of it is wrong and some of it looks copied, etc. :B
