    This morning, the official Japanese Sonic twitter account revealed that this year's Summer Sonic music festival in Tokyo Aug. 20-21 will feature a Sonic performance stage:

    SEGA is keeping quiet for now on what makes this the "Sonic Stage," however Summer Sonic itself has released a list of performers:

    It's safe to say for now that this collaboration won't be focused on Sonic music itself. I hope to be wrong here, and that Carly Rae Jepsen will be belting out the vocals of Almost Dead.
