Jakks Pacific and SEGA America Announce Global 'Sonic 3' Merchandising Partnership

The Sonic 3 movie might be a while off yet, but when it releases in late 2024 you can count on a slew of merchandise to arrive with it, as Jakks Pacific has announced today a global partnership with SEGA America to design a range of tie-in goods.

SEGA and Jakks' multi-year partnership will see the two companies "design, develop and manufacture a range of products including action figures, plush, playsets, costumes and costume accessories, all set to hit the market late 2024," according to a new press release.

No further details on what specific products will be manufactured, but there is mention of the costume company 'Disguise' (which is owned by Jakks Pacific), which will assumedly be the source of the character outfits mentioned above.
