I'm pretty sure everyone's heard this before in a movie or a TV show (first time I heard it was on Top Gear a few years ago) but I've never been able to find out the song name. By chance in one of Dead Parrot's HILARIOUS comment reconstruction videos they used comments from this video and played this song. Thank you, Dead Parrot.

I'm just gonna say I'm glad they decided to keep elements from the Ballad of Gay Tony over into GTA V, particularly the use of musical scores in the background. They make missions that involve being on foot that much more interesting, just as "No Security" made the fall back to Liberty City in BoGT more epic and entertaining.

Heck, I think Scarface the World is Yours, even as a GTA clone, had a good idea with that (though it was even more beautiful as you could pick whatever music from the original Scarface soundtrack to play). So it's nice Rockstar finally adopted it as well.
