I believe I found it somewhere around Deviantart, not sure exactly where but I'm pretty sure I searched up "Sonic tron".

The artist had other great background worthy pictures as well! It's all about stalking looking through their galleries and favourites.

I figured my desktop could use an update, more about keeping the wallpaper and working around other things...

like cheating and using Rainmeter, almost everything is in constant motion. Try it out, it's a pretty good program! Other changes includes icons and whatnot.
