I can go forever on what SEGA does that Nintendo DISPISES, but I'll let you guys say it.

Mine is that SEGA allows Fangames. Now you guys!

I like SEGA for acknowledging Fangames and embracing them, unlike Nintendo. SEGA also makes some characters with likeable personalities! And lastly, DEMON SLAYER-

Also, yeah, fangames/fanart appreciation and recognition... Instead of total shutdown of fan projects/fan works.

General engagement with the community really. I mean yeah, Nintendo had that Nintendo Live thing, but not much beyond that from what I can think of at the top of my head.
