Those who've trekked through Sonic Frontiers' Final Horizon campaign have bopped to dozens of its new music tracks and remixes. Following its September announcement, the expansion's two-CD soundtrack will be hitting stores and import shops tomorrow, and SEGA is promoting the release with a sampler on YouTube, highlighting many of the album's 46 total tracks.

However, for those wanting to stream or buy digitally, the soundtrack is already available on many major platforms, including Spotify, Amazon Music, iTunes, and YouTube Music.
