What would you want to be included if another "Sonic World" were to be created?

I was going to make this a status update, but I decided it would be too big for one, so I am making a topic instead.

So, for those who don't know what Sonic World is, it is something from way back in the days of the Sega Saturn. In the games collection, Sonic Jam, there was an overworld you could explore as Sonic that was in 3D. There were things to do, such as missions, flying by holding onto Tails, a sound test place, image galleries, a movie theater for viewing commercials and other Sonic video stuff, even a museum to show Sonic's past at the time. Here is a video showing the Sonic World section in full detail.

Now, I think the closest we have had to something like this would be the menu in which you could select different islands in Sonic Origins/Plus. Even then, that was not a 3D thing in itself. Fun fact: What you see in the Sonic World area is what would be eventually used for the game, Sonic Adventure, which was initially set to release for the Sega Saturn. In fact, this Sonic World area was probably what would lead to Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast, and Sonic World was probably what Sonic Adventure would look like on the Sega Saturn.

Anyways, with that out of the way, let me ask some questions to you all about this. If they were to do another Sonic World thing in a Sonic game or games collection; if you want to see another Sonic World in any Sonic game...

Would you like to see the same buildings and everything featured in them (from a movie theater to an art gallery to a museum to the sound test area) in such an area? Would you like to see new buildings to explore as well as new features and content? Would you like to see any of said features and content unlockable?

Would you like to see any new kinds of missions? If you do, what kind of missions would you like to see?

Would you like such an area to be explored to be Green Hill-like or like that of another level in Sonic games? If so, what level would you want a new Sonic World to be based on?

That said, would you like to see unlockable content for a Sonic World area, like alternate level themes to classic and/or modern elements, those kinds of things? How would you want to unlock these kinds of things?

Would you like to see loops, corkscrews and other roller coaster elements as well as more platforming elements in such a world?

Would you like to see more characters than just Sonic and Tails? How would you want them implemented?

Would you like to see a shop to buy anything from? What things would you like to buy from the shop?

Would you want this Sonic World to be more of a collections of levels like in the hub/overworld of Sonic's universe in Lego Dimensions or have Sonic World just one level or level theme?

Would you like any other things to do or see in such a world?

Would you like to see just classic content, modern content or both in this kind of Sonic World area?

What new content would you like to see in this kind of Sonic World? (from videos to music/sounds to images, etc.)

Would you like to see American/European/Western stuff/American/European/Western version of content in such an area? If so, what of those kinds of things do you want to see?

Personally, I would not mind another Sonic World to be added in Sonic games in some way, if it means in the movie theater of such an area, I can watch this.

So, what about you guys? Would you like to see another Sonic World be done, like an updated version of the one in Sonic Jam? If so, what do you want to see?

I'd like to see enemies you can fight, get collectibles, and get special abilities.

Um, I don't think enemies and special abilities would be included in something like this. Do you even know what I was talking about?

I like Sonic World as a concept and am still miffed that we didn't get a recreation or some successor to it in Origins.

One fun thought I had for such a hub world would be a virtual arcade and fun room where you could play some of SEGA's classic arcade hits, the catch is most of those arcade machines would be broken and would require rings or some form of in-game economy to repair them; so it'd be like unlocking some extra games to play. Think Space Harrier, Outrun, Fantasy Zone or Virtua Fighter 2 as examples.

There could also be a host of mini-games and gatcha toys to collect (thus adding a virtual toy collection for Sonic World). You could also have some pinball machines inspired by the casino or carnival stages from the classic games.

Probably not, but hey, why not get creative lol

I guess it is good to get creative, actually, For the enemies part you mentioned, there were rings in Sonic Jam's Sonic World, so losing rings when being hit by an enemy would make sense.

I like your thinking, Indigo Rush! Especially (but not limited to) the mini-games! That could be fin in a Sonic World setting!
