Issues with logging in via Tapatalk

As the title suggests, Tapatalk won't allow me to log in to the SSMB, even after I updated the app. Keep in mind, I don't wanna use the browser for being on the SSMB, and am only doing so because of these issues.

I don't know what's casuing the issues. All I know is, I'd rather be using Tapatalk than the browser; Tapatalk's a lot more reliable and less prone to freezing and crashing. Is there a reason for this? Is there anything that can be done?

Yeah, I haven't been able to log in through Tapatalk either. Would anyone on staff know what's going on?
