Sonic: "Boycott it huh, how will we do that?"

"Sorry, after all these years of fighting and more aggressive confrontations, something like this is rather new to me."

Sayaka: "I guess we need to assemble a bigger group of people to protest this."

"Where is Rarity and Punchy?"

[Tori Himemiya]

"That's the spirit! So what flavor of magic are you looking for?"

Henry pulls out a few tomes. "We got Thunder for your every day electric needs and no you can't charge your electronics with it. And here we got Fire for you pyromaniacs here! This is a Wind tome which is good for taking out flying units! And for those who want a touch of the dark side there's these Dark magic tomes that steal health from your enemies. Pretty cool huh?"

[Failinhearts]

*Walks into the magic store*

Sayaka: "Ah, there you are Rarity and Punchy!"

Sonic: "Hmm, nice little store you got there. Tomes everywhere for many spells. Arcfire, Elthunder, Nosferatu, Elwind...."

*looks at Henry*

"Come to think of it, you look a lot like one of my friends, Robin."

[Tori Himemiya]

"Oh Robin? Haven't heard that name in a long while! We were best buddies for a while and heck we even came from the same country politics aside. Maybe that's why we kind of look a like I dunno."

[Failinhearts]

Sonic: "I see. You're name is Henry, correct?"

"I'm Sonic The Hedgehog and this is my partner, Sayaka Miki."

Sayaka: "We're currently in a situation where there's a pirate system broadcasting rude and mean comments about citizens throughout the world. Even the mayor!"

Sonic: "We're trying to find a way to stop them. Rosie here brought up the idea of boycotting."

"Hm that's not very nice of them"

Henry put on his usual grin back on

"Tell ya what. Say the word and I can turn those PAs into butterflies! Its a nice trick up my sleeve"

[Failinhearts]

Sayaka: "Let's try to be a little more civil about this situation before we destroy any property and turn things into butterflys."

"I'm still not exactly sure how we're going to do this though."

Sonic: "We'll keep your idea in mind though." *grins*

"I'm curious as to where these news guys went to though. They weren't in the studio when we got there..."

(Welp time to add my last 2 to the mix)

Name: Kokonoe Mercury

Occupation: Inventor

Personality: Kokonoe is a genius and a daughter of two of the Six Heroes who saved the world but however she is very foul mouthed, sarcastic, and even cynical. She comes off as a cranky individual with a short attention span and impatient at times. She will do even morally questionable things as well but all in all she's a good person at heart. She has a motherly side when it comes to her inventions. She's also a sweetooth addict and will do anything for candy, especially her special lollipops. She does her best to be kind of good. And lastly don't mention her father Jubei to her since that's one of her berserk buttons.

Name: Iron Tager

Occupation: Kokonoe's assistant/bodyguard/errand boy/experimental man robot

Personality: Despite his huge, intimidating appearance he's actually one of the nicer characters in the Blazblue universe. He's a very kind and understanding character and is super smart to boot, the very opposite of Kokonoe except for intelligence where he's only slightly less than Kokonoe. However due Kokonoe's meddling she restrained his most of his free will when she was reconstructing him. Tager will follow Kokonoe's orders without fail, even if he doesn't agree with them. Also his appearance often gets him in misunderstandings. His hobbies include crafting bottle ships and reading mystery novels.

 

Kokonoe was fidgeting around her lab, fiercely typing in some commands in her computer.

"Goddammit. The PA system is busted again." She's reading strings of commands on the monitor. "Tager what's the situation out there?"

"Tager here. I discovered the problem. It appears the PA system has been vandalized. I'm gonna attempt to repair it but its going to take a while."

"Whatever Tager just do your thing." Kokonoe grabbed some chips and started chowing down.

Name: Tails The Fox

Occupation: Inventor/Somewhat of a combat specialist

Personality/Backstory: One of Sonic's brothers, Tails was born with the attribute of having two tails. He had a strong command over the power of wind, but was rather inexperienced with his powers. All that changed when Mephiles destroyed almost the entire race of Magical animals, leaving Sonic's line of brothers and sisters to be the only survivors. Tails managed to get his hands on a gear which belonged to the Tech King of his race, causing his abilities to change. Tails sacrificed most of his magic abilities for an incredible intellegence and even the ability to create things most people deemed "impossible." Tails embraced his exchanged abilities over the years and made many inventions. His favorite creations being the Metal Sonic army. Tails later became a Disciple and worked closely with many tech wizards in the fictional realm, like Tony Stark and Drobot. Despite having lots of his Magic potential stripped away from him, Tails won't pull any punches in a fight. His two tails can be used to fly if his Magic Reserve and rocket boosters run out and can also be utilized to blow enemies away. Tails is also armed with a wrench which doubles as an electric whip. Tails is always willing to lend a hand and looks up to Sonic as a leader. Tails won't hold back when objecting to something Sonic brings up that he doesn't agree with though. Tails can get carried away in terms of talking about things he knows about and can be seen tinkering with objects in his spare time. He feels a little outcasted though, seeing all his allies have lots of magical power yet he doesn't have a lot anymore. Because of this, Tails sometimes underestimates how valuable he is to his team since he spends most of his time behind the scenes. Despite all this, he is proud of his smarts.

*a Portal opens and Tails flys out of it*

Tails: "Miss me, brother?"

Sonic: "Tails! Looks like you came along too, huh?"

Tails: "Yeah, I want to investigate if anything happened during "you-know-what" so I fired up the portal and came along. Hope I'm not intruding onto anything."

Sonic: "Nah, the more the merrier! In fact, we may need your technical know how for later. Just in case."

Tails: "Thanks! What do I need to do?"

Sonic: "Maybe locking on to the location of who's running the stations?"

Tails: "Pfft, child's play."

[Klinsy]

Rosie: "Wowww, this place got everything."

Punchy: "Yo Rosie, what did you find out about the news?"

Rosie: "They're not even real news, Punchy! It's a pirate channel! We got to boycott it!"

Rarity: "It seems you and pirates are destined to be foes."

[Failinhearts]

Sayaka: "So what's the plan? And-"

".....Where's Tails?"

*Meanwhile, at the studio...."

Tails: "OK, almost done hacking this transmitter aaaand PRESTO!"

*watch displays the location of the transmissions*

[Klinsy]

Rosie: "The plan is simply don't watch the channel, they have no point in doing it if nobody's watching it."

Rarity: "The village is small enough that it might just work, I think we ought to convince those 3 rabbits I seen walking around."

Punchy: "Yeah, let's do this!"

Rosie: "All for one and one for all!"

[Failinhearts]

Tails::"Hey guys! I know where the transmissions are coming from! It's actually UNDER the studio!"

Sonic: "Looks like someone's trying to keep a cover."

Sayaka: "We can deal with the location later, right now we need to stop this station from running. Spread the word and tell people to stop watching!"

Sonic: "I'm on it!"

[Klinsy]

Rarity:"I would never watch anything that would demean one of employees, I know how it is, so I'm in."

Punchy: "I think the news is lame anyways, too much talking, the only good things are baby pandas."

Rosie: "Um, Punchy, I think you're missing the point of news."

Punchy: "No, they're wasting time not showing any baby pandas." 

[Failinhearts]

Sayaka: "How many villagers are here? We gotta make sure nobody sees it."

Tails: "I'm curious as to how they got their hands on the technology to transmit this broadcast to all the information across the village."

"It's amazing on how quickly they got it."

Sonic: "Doesn't matter. What matters is that it ends now."

[Klinsy]

Rosie: "The population is growing, but there is at 15."

Punchy: "How about Restti? Is he a member of the town?"

Rarity: "My friends and my sister and her friends are moving here, so you can add 9."

Rosie: "... This village isn't small at all."

Sonic: "Oh, you guys take care of Resetti."

"I'm not going near that mole. I still want to live."

Sayaka: "I'll notify other villagers."

Tails: "I just made some pamphlets telling people not to watch it....."

"....Don't ask how I made them so quickly."

[Tori Himemiya]

Kokonoe was enjoying her bag of chips until a guest enters her lab.

"Can the little shut-in come out to play?" asked Rachel teasingly.

"Goddammit Rachel not now" Kokonoe had her usual annoyed face on, "Tager how's progress?"

"You're asking me to do laser surgery so its going to be a while before we regain control of the PA system. Please sit tight until then."

"What brings you to this world Kokonoe?"

"Oh some Nightwing guy asked for some help and I intercepted the message. I probably won't be here for long at least until repairs are complete. Why am I telling you this anyways?"

"Oh do make sure you don't meddle too much in this world then" Rachel left leaving rose petals in her awake.

"Goddammit Rachel why do you always mess up my lab?"

[Failinhearts]

*15 minutes later*

Sayaka: "Made some progress. I told Tom Nook, K.K Slider and 3 other villagers not to tune in."

Sonic: "I talked to 2 villagers. How did you get so many?"

Sayaka: "They were all together in the same place."

Sonic: "Geez, this isn't my day..."

Tails: "I actually spoke to one villager because he was offended by the news and asked me to actually DISABLE the channel from his TV. I could to the same for the rest of the town, if you want me to."

[Tori Himemiya]

*15 minutes later*

"Tager here. I have fixed the external problem. Returning to base."

"Good work Tager. Now to test if this works..."

Kokonoe pressed a button and the monitor explodes in her face.

"Goddammit!"

[Failinhearts]

Tails: "Well, I just came back from a lot of Villager's houses and asked them if they want the channel removed completely."

Sayaka: "And?"

Tails: "Some accepted, some declined. They didn't know if they wanted to trust a two tailed fox in the shape of an M&M."

Sonic: "Does that count as some sort of racism?"

Tails: "We just have to take their word that they won't watch anymore."

[Tori Himemiya]

"Tager reporting in and uhhh what is this?"

"Goddammit Tager this shit is busted. This isn't worth the reward I was promised, we're leaving this universe!"

"But we haven't really done anything"

"Whatever" Kokonoe pressed a button and a black hole absorbed the lab, sending it back to the Blazblue universe.

 

(Yeah sorry for the distraction. I wanna change characters now since I only really added them for plot advancement but eh I wasn't feeling it if that's fine. I'll add whoever it is gonna replace them in the next post. Sorry about that.)

[Failinhearts]

Tails: *watch beeps*

"Uhh, guys? I recieved a disturbance in space and time coming around here. Nothing Disciple authorized either."

Sonic: "I'll investigate. Be right back!"

*speeds to the location of the disturbance (which was Tager and Kokonoe leaving)*

*returns*

Sonic: "Nobody was there. Guess someone was leaving. I did find some tech related to the PA system though."

Tails: "Guess that means whoever left might be behind the Pirate News station."

Sayaka: "Maybe, but we're not entirely sure, right?"

[Klinsy]

Rosie: "Rarity, I need to borrow your printing machine!"

Rarity:"How do you know I have one?"
Rosie: "I need to print up fliers to put over the village and tell people not to watch the news."

Punchy: "That's great and all, but how do you know she had one?"
Rosie: (It's literately the third thing I saw when I walked into her store, sigh.)

[Failinhearts]

Sayaka: "I wonder if whoever left this world was in charge of the news station..."

"Tails, check the channel."

Tails: *turns on the TV*

*flips to the channel of the Pirate News Station*
