What I don't get is, Spike clearly spends a shitload of money on the VGAs. There is clearly a lot of effort and care put into this every year, and there always has been.

So why is it that no one bothers to note how shit it always is?

A little disappointed with the Bioshock trailer. I was waiting for a high point that never came. But I guess that was cause it was full of so many high points that I was expecting a real one.

I don't get it either, the stage designers probably pour their hearts out creating all the statues and whatnot every single year...only for a couple of brain-damaged chimps to be left in charge of writing the material...why must there even be any material? Referring to the show, not Bioshock Infinite.

As much as I love the reveals, as an award show this year it failed, pushing awards aside as the afterthought, even though it's the entire point of the show.
