Sounds like when Sonic boosts. I mean, the music.

Sonic tapping his foot with a disappointed look means two things:

- SEGA going third-party and Sonic games doing multiplatform

- Sonic Team didn't do any original work on Sonic since 2001, while they usually start a Sonic game as soon as they finished the previous one, or at least saw if it did well
