Sonic Speed Simulator Teases New Movie Knuckles Variant

A character so nice, they're releasing him twice. Last Saturday, Sonic Speed Simulator received an extensive update giving players not only the chance to explore City Escape as their favorite characters, but they could also collect Movie Sonic, Tails and Knuckles! But just when you thought the collaboration between Roblox, SEGA and Paramount is all done, Speed Simulator decided they had one more feather in the cap.

Literally. It's a cap. Well, a hat.

Sonic Speed Simulator devs Gamefam posted on the game's official Twitter this image with one simple statement:

The Hat... coming soon...

With the Knuckles show releasing this weekend, this coincides well with the next Speed Simulator update which happens every Saturday at 12pm EST. Surely this means this weekend's latest character is Knuckles explicitly from the Knuckles TV Series, donning his iconic cowboy hat previously seen in the Sonic OVA, and the Treasure Hunter Knuckles character alt.

Will you be logging on to complete your movie Sonic collection? Or are you dreading the prospect of potentially having to collect 500 dumbbells again?

Sonic Speed Simulator is playable through Roblox on PlayStation, Xbox, PC and mobile.

Knuckles streams on Paramount+ worldwide on April 26th.
