Epic footage, and nice Tails voice, I like how the voice sounds similar but better at the same time. Also less scratchy and more natural sounding.

Also nice pic D.E., just when I thought the fans couldn't get any more observant. :P I never would've noticed.

I also noticed that there were chaos emeralds on the simulator select screen.

If you want the highest possible quality, then the HDPVR is the way to go, but its expensive.

Otherwise the Dazzle DVC 100 or Dazzle Platinum are good enough.

Agreed, I got mine off of Ebay for $50 less =3 If you do get it Deadknux, make sure you set it to the highest bit rate, and some rendering will need to be done however.

If you want, check out the quality, I put up two Other M videos (one with me shine sparking <3 ), and a random sonic 06 moment.

Anyway...videos are epic, the good doctor has made me chuckle, Tails sounds very good, and the game is making me glad I preordered in July =P

Eggman's 06 theme again? Ewww, that song does not suit his personality. The SA1 or SA2 theme is far more fitting.

I agree that it's probably my least-favourite Eggman theme, but I'm just happy to see a little musical consistency for once. What I'd really love is to see the Adventure-era themes appear throughout the entire series in some form or another, but I guess it's a little too late for that. I just love musical fanservice in any form.

Hm. Two observations after seeing the videos a few more times. First, Eggman's 2006 theme actually works really well in 8-bit... its simplicity makes it fit in very well with the arcade theme, in a way that his themes from the Adventure games might not have been able to match. Second, the orchestral Reach for the Stars seriously reminds me of the orchestral music from the Mario Galaxy games. It's kind of odd, given that I never got that vibe from The World Adventure at all... could it just be because I know this game is space-themed, or is Reach for the Stars actually more similar to those songs somehow? Hm.

Black Knight used the Adventure themes and even had a small remix of It Doesn't Matter.

Awesome Videos! I'm glad Sonic's Game World is every Arcade like, and I really feel this game has brought Sonic's "Animal Friend saving" "Eggman's stomping" charm back! The levels look fantastic and fun to play! and Tails voice is just super! I cant wait for this game!

I know this is wild to say but to me this game is feeling more like Sonic 4 than the actual Sonic 4! aww but Sonic 4 is looking charming as well! Ill get both!

Got myself one of these - http://bit.ly/dAIf6S - it's PC only though, so time to re-install the ol' Boot Camp. Hopefully it's of good quality.

It's not because of his choice. SPOnG is his actual proper job, the one that pays the bills. Any previews he attends are for them and not his own personal gain, so any articles must go on their site first. Contracts and all that jazz.

Sure, but it was just one side game. I meant that I'd like to see the themes actually being used in the main series (well, everywhere, ideally, but the main series is most important for this sort of thing) and more often than once every eight years.

I just love 8-bit music, and the music was real great! And so many levels in the simulator...That seems pretty fair since the stages aren't really long.

I love Tails' new voice, from what I heard in the second video! It definitely sounds more boyish and natural.

Also, the levels so far are looking pretty good; I quite enjoy the music as well.

Yeah, I don't usually let myself get too excited for Sonic games- but this looks pretty good. This and Sonic 4 look like games that I actually wouldn't regret purchasing.
