If he does, he better avoid Wales! Between the 50mph limit on the Motorways and defalt 20mph limit everywhere else, he would rack up the Speeding points in no time. Between that and trains that SOMETIMES decide to arrive, and when they do are dangerously overcrowded ..it could be Prison Island all over again fkr him if he does!! Lol
